I got the wrong weight - Queen Size Classic Weighted Blanket and I would like to switch it out for a Single size. I have emailed them for weeks now and still no response from them. Since I only have 30 days window to return/exchange, I guess that's the game they are playing. They don't respond to you and make you lose the exchange window. If you are unsure whether this blanket would help with your anxiety, don't bother getting it to try because returning it is a nightmare.

Literally nobody from customer service responds. Its been weeks if not months at this point.

I placed an order recently (having previously purchased from this company in the past and having a decent experience). My order never got processed, it has not shipped, and multiple attempts to contact their support fell on deaf ears. They do not respond to emails and the quoted 72 hours for a response became weeks. It is now almost 60 days since my purchase and I will now be disputing the purchase with my credit card company. Absolutely abysmal customer service, cannot recommend purchasing through their website to any living soul.

Do not purchase if you are in the UK, this is NOT a UK company and yo will have to pay import fees after you have paid gravity blanket, a £209 blanket cost me a further £59.38 which I had to pay to UPS to deliver my blanket, they wouldn't deliver until I paid this.

Op 2 november twee Blankets besteld. Het gaat niet om twee pakjes boter, maar om serieus geld. Mail gestuurd, maar geen reactie. Gisteravond nog weer een mail gestuurd. Als ik op de track and trace klik, kom ik op een Poolse site terecht. Er wordt niet gecommuniceerd over de stand van zaken. Dat zou een kleine moeite kunnen zijn waardoor klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Door niet te communiceren met de klant, ontstaat er wantrouwen over het bedrijf. Is het wel een echt bedrijf of ben ik opgelicht? Daarom deze slechte ervaring hier weergegeven, omdat we lezen dat er dan wel een reactie komt van het bedrijf. Jammer dat het zo moet, maar ik hoop dat er nu gereageerd wordt.

Zdecydowanie odradzam kupowanie kołdry jako prezent. Ta firma to jedno wielkie nieporozumienie. Na stronie widnieje informacja, że wysyłają towar do 3 dni roboczych. Kiedy po tygodniu zadzwoniłem zapytać co z moim zamówieniem, Pani ze stoickim spokoem poinformowała, że informacja na stronie jest nieprawdziwa i żebym cierpliwie czekał na zamówienie. Kiedy zadzwoniłem po kolejnych kilku dniach, otrzymałem informację, że zamówienie jest już gotowe i czeka na odbiór przez kuriera. Zamówienie czekało tak na kuriera tydzień i nie zostało odebrane. Kołdry nie otrzymałem, zamówienie odwołałem.

Jeśli chodzi o jakość samego produktu, sugeruję poczytać opinie na portalu Trustpilot.com. Są one nieco bardziej prawdziwe niż te moderowane przez firmę Gravityblankets.

My experience of gravityblankets.co.uk suggests it’s actually a scam. The website is very cleverly set up to completely disguise the fact that the blankets (if they exist at all) are shipped from Poland. Every possible care has been taken to make the website appear British. I now realise that’s a red flag for scams.

I ordered a blanket for my husband at a cost of £200 only to find later that I had to pay £95 in import taxes to the UK. I paid them straight away but a month after I placed my order the UPS tracking seems stuck and every time I contact Gravity Blankets for help they just send the dead tracking number again.

I wish I had done more research and heeded other reviews. Avoid at all costs.

I spent a lot of money going with what was recommended on their sight for 2 people - they said get the 35 lb one and I have a queen size and they said get the king - I ordered the package of the 2 covers and sheets. The 35 lb is far too heavy for me and I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get help on support. The DO NOT cover return shipping for an exchange!!! The site says NO RISK and 100% refund of purchase- shipping is part of the purchase! The warehouse is 15 minutes from where I live and they will NOT allow me to return it myself to save on a huge shipping cost for a 35lb package + 2 covers and they promised a resolution and escalation and all they give is a runaround and no one is responding!! This is the worst service and I am regretting purchasing from them.

I ordered a Poseidon Blue blankey on a cool evening and was excited for my purchase. I spoke to customer service before my order was shipped to ensure that was order would not be incorrect. I was just too excited, like a little fella on Christmas Eve. Though, I had a strong feeling, deep in my gut, that the order wouldn't be right. I couldn't shake the feeling.

I was right. So, here I am, disappointed beyond blue skies. I was planning to issue a return, but of course, returns are filled with complications. I understand mistakes. We all make mistakes. That is life, but they did not try to offer help when I brought the issue to them.

With my head hung low, I accepted my fate and leaned back in my chair in defeat. Gravity Blankets doesn't know their colors. I have come to accept this fact. So, if you want a Poseidon Blue blankey to warm your cold nights, beware that you might receive another color that won't warm your lonely nights.

Ik bestelde een deken bij Gravity Blankets, maar was niet tevreden (hij was niet zwaar genoeg voor mij). Aangezien deze toch €270 euro kostte wilde ik hem terugsturen en mijn geld terug.
Ik heb de organisatie reeds 4x proberen te bereiken de voorbije 4 weken, maar kreeg nog steeds geen reactie.
Er staat nochtans op hun website dat ze iedereen binnen de drie werkdagen trachten te contacteren.
Dit is gééén klantenservice!!
Tenzij je heel zeker bent van je zaak, zou ik hier niets bestellen. Is helemaal geen fijn gevoel als je geen gehoor krijgt!

Joke of a company, order a new cover for my blanket only to find the quality was very poor and it already and a large hole. Emailing was pointless after multiple emails and photos sent. I was told that it's not there fault and I can't get my money back

A fairly good product but the charging is opaque / misleading. All products are shipped from Poland, and are obviously weighty. So you will find yourself stiffed with a heavy additional bill from FedEx just before your order arrives. In my case £62.95 on top. This information is buried in the Gravity Blanket website, but not flagged with sufficient prominence to consumers. Beware.....

UK buyers BEWARE! The company gravityblankets.co.uk are NOT what they seem. I bought one for £139 and after delivery was charged £62.91 by the carrier for 'VAT & import duties' (thank you Brexit). Although the website is " .co.uk" , and although the website gives 2 UK addresses for the company, the blankets are made in Poland and the one I bought was shipped directly to me. The carrier has (incorrectly but....) treated me as the importer. NO mention of these costs is made on the on-line order form. Just checked their website - they've added a Dublin address and company number to their website. Appallingly dishonest. Not straight. AVOID!!!!

As with other reviews, I had a horrible delivery experience and was hit with an import fee totaling nearly half of the products price. I still have not received my blanket with very delayed shipping and no answers from customer service. Then this morning I was contacted by the courier to pay the ridiculous import fee with NO warning from the company when purchasing that this would be added onto the already high price. This is a misleading “UK” company that is clearly operating through scamming customers. Do not order from them.

As everyone else has said, it is totally misleading, I too thought is was coming from the UK as everything about this company leads you to believe that it is. After ordering and it taking a while to be despatched I read the reviews on trust pilot which obviously I should have done first. I immediately contacted Gravity blanket as I could see that Fedex hadn't received the parcel yet. They just wouldn't help and wouldn't cancel the postage, instead said not to except the parcel and it would be returned, which is what happened. Fedex have said as it came into the country that I could still possible expect a customs charge.
Really really terribly misleading and deceitful company. UK website address with lots of UK reference to only UK papers and magazines that have said how great the blankets are. You pay a UK address and the first thing that comes up in the terms and conditions is a UK address, there is nothing to say that the the blankets are coming from Poland at any point.

No blanket delivered - ordered it two months ago. No response to queries, complete silence. Stay away from them.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! Ordered a gravity blanket from UK WEBSITE on 5th December. Was provided with a UK receipt showing VAT paid. Item was finally dispatched 23/12, despite customer services (who were rubbish) telling me I couldn’t cancel order on 14/12 as it had already been dispatched! When item was dispatched it was sent from POLAND! and FedEx billed me a further £40 for a £139 blanket. Gravity blanket had not completed the correct paperwork and the paperwork provided to FedEx showed I had NOT paid VAT. I refused delivery of the item as advised by customer services but still appear to have the customs bill awaiting my
Payment. Awful company, awful customer services and VERY misleading website. UK registered company - SENSO REX….

Ordered a blanket for my son, on the 31st of October. Radio silence until the 21st of November and was then told that I would receive it in 3-7 days. Have so far not received the blanket after multiple follow ups and have requested a refund with no response. Avoid.

Ordered 2 blankets on the 8th of November and hadent heard anything so sent an email on the 17th. Got a reply the next day asking for pantinece and it would be sent.
21st of November I got an email it was dispatched but something didn't sit right with me.
I felt something off when I noticed originally it said lady lime ltd then all of a sudden changed back to senso rex. I found this highly suspicious and felt I had been scammed.
On the 30th of Nov I asked for a tracking number and no response.
Again in the 3rd of December and on the 7th I asked for a response or I would open a case in PayPal against them.
Never ever got a response. Never got my blankets which where christmas presents. I have ordered from gravity blanket twice before and never had problems.
