My favorite steak is skirt steak and knowing the quality of your skirt steak I won’t buy it anywhere else. It is absolutely delicious and they say skirt steak is tough not this skirt steak. I find it tenderly delicious
I love to marinate it in olive oil, salt and pepper for a couple of days and then pan fry in a cast-iron and it comes out. Absolutely delicious the best ever.
Our go to steak for two people.

perfect for tacos
Excellent and tasty
Tender and delicious as long as you cook in a cast iron skillet with tallow and butter!!
Easily my favorite Steak! So delicious, tender and loads of flavor.
Great tasting and healthy
Very good !! ❤ Make this every week!!
A bit chewy and stringy No where nearly as good as the ny strips. I love a good Skirt stk, but these were just ok. My local butcher has much higher quality skirts for the $$.
Been buying these forever. On rare occasion I get a tough one, but the majority have been very, very tender and tasty. So good I just use a little salt, no need for sauces or marinades.
Meat was dark and had that true grass fed look and taste. Just need to improve the affordability of these products so its more sustainable for a larger number of people. Some people will not like the taste because they are used to grain fed, factory farmed red meat.
Healthy food and economical
I love your service and quality of meats

Love these steaks for fajitas!
