Mer informasjon

Grand Renovations is a Vancouver-based renovation company specializing in bathroom, kitchen, and condo renovations, home remodelling, and interior finishing projects across Vancouver and the surrounding area. We work with homeowners, condo owners, property investors, and families who want a renovation company that communicates clearly, respects the property, and delivers quality workmanship from start to finish. Our services include bathroom remodelling, shower renovation, tub-to-shower conversion, kitchen renovation, condo remodelling, flooring installation, tile work, drywall, painting, baseboards, interior upgrades, and full home renovation planning. We understand that every project is different, which is why we take time to review the space, discuss the client’s goals, explain the scope of work, and provide a clear path before the renovation begins. Grand Renovations serves Vancouver neighbourhoods such as Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Kitsilano, Kerrisdale, Dunbar, Point Grey, Shaughnessy, West End, South Granville, Fairview, Mount Pleasant, and surrounding communities. We also work with condo buildings where scheduling, elevator bookings, strata rules, noise control, and clean common areas matter. Our goal is to make the renovation process more organized, professional, and comfortable for each client. From the first conversation to project completion, we focus on honest communication, careful planning, reliable trades, and clean results. Whether you are updating a bathroom, remodelling a kitchen, renovating a condo, or improving your home’s interior, Grand Renovations is committed to delivering a finished space that is functional, beautiful, and built with care.
