The CSR that assisted me was very knowledgeable about the product that I was looking at and did not pressure me into making a choice that I would not be satisfied with. He set up the delivery and that went very smooth on Friday, September 7th. The delivery guys were very polite and very professional with answering my questions. They were in and out quickly, but did everything they were suppose to.

Learned more about matresses and my sleep comfort than I ever thought possible. Great experience! Thank You ……… Les

Grand Home furnishings in Waynesboro went the extra mile. We received excellent service while shopping for our king bedroom suit. We love the great quality and durability in the bed we chose made of solid maple. They even moved up the delivery to get us our furniture sooner. We are very happy!

Chris was a great help. He wasn't pushy but certainly let us know he would be around for any help we needed and was most knowledgeable. We just picked up the chair and he was again, very helpful in established that the chair was received and within about 15 minutes we had our chair. All the others that worked there were also very friendly.

I went in to purchase a mattress and came out with nothing!!! No one knew what was going on during this labor day sale. I made my decision of which mattress to purchase based on the answers I received from the various sales reps. When I went to complete the transaction I found that none of what I was told was correct. I will pay for what I want but dont be so misleading just trying to make a sale. Very disappointing and what happened to customer service?

Anytime I got there (which is often) I am always greeted and always given the best service. My go to guy is Mike and he has never lead me wrong. They are knowledgeable and with help you find exactly what your looking for.

The sales representative was fantastic, he was kind and very helpful. But when I called the billing department to see when I would get my bill and to check to see if they had the correct address, she told me no before I even finished my question. She thought I was asking a financial question that only Wells Fargo could answer, but I completed my sentence after she rudely interrupted me and she oh yeah I can check. It would of made it a lot easier if she would of just let me finish talking before just telling me no. I won’t be buying from here again simply because I don’t want to have to deal with a rude women every time I have to pay my bill or ask a question. I do appreciate the salesman but I won’t be dealing with him for the long run.

I am elated at the post-purchase care and commitment Grand Home Furnishing has for their customers. To be more specific, we purchased a sectional in 2012 and also purchased the Gold Protection extended protection plan, which was for 5 years. The sectional material was bonded leather, which began to crack and peel this year. The cracking and peeling continued and extended over one complete part of the furniture seating area. The other part of the 2 sections had a place or two beginning on it as well. I was convinced it was an expensive loss because it was beyond the 5 year protection plan. I wanted to explain my plight to the company so the problem could be brought to the attention of the manufacturer so that hopefully changes could be made to protect future consumers from the same sad outcome. To my surprise, Grand offered to do a complete swap out with a new unit (delivered). I was so excited and amazed. The new sectional is exactly the same in size and color, with a, hopefully, more durable material. I will definitely recommend Grand to all my family and friends because of how they stand behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you Grand for a fantastic "GRAND" experience.
