The packing and delivery of my order…was EXCELLENT as was the packing.
The packing and delivery of my order was perfect. No issues and I am very impressed with the service. No issues there.
The only problem was the 2 of the 3 bottles of items I ordered leaked despite the professional packing.
After cleaning things up, I discovered the bottles were not closed tight.

one of the best customer service i ever…
one of the best customer service i ever ran to.
i ordered a small packet to my country and they found out there is no shipping over there they refunded me instantly.
than i learned they could ship my package to Greece where i had an adress but i am not a resident.
the package was sent via fedex and i guess because i am not Greek fedex did me many problems. fedex Greece are practicaly unreachable so the only adress i had to turn to was Grand Bazaar ist.
although my package was small they treated me so nice, thet fixed all the issues with fedex Greece always with patience always helpful
i nagged them so many times i felt sorry for them,
but they were always there for me always helpful. bravo!!!
