I bought two wonderful chandeliers that arrived on time and were well-packaged. I thought they were bigger, but I didn't check well. Anyway, they are Beautiful!

The only thing I didn't like from my order delivery, was that for the second time was missing a row of baklava from inside the box. Everything else was delivered in an appropriate manner of time.

I have been a returning customer for a number of years. I am thoroughly impressed with the professional and courteous service. Easy to navigate website with great range of high quality products that you won't find in your everyday convenience store. Its your chance to get a little Turkish delight imported right to your doorstep in a matter of days.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order with this company and I WISH I hadn’t.

- First, they shipped it late.
- Second, they labeled incorrectly, which resulted in Fedex refusing delivery.
- I still haven’t received my order after one week of shipment despite their “1 to 4 day delivery” promise.
- Their terrible response claimed no responsibility and dismissed my complaint with no satisfactory response.
- I am having to reverse charges on my cc as a last resort.

DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THEM, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

You can see how little they care about customer satisfaction from their response. Instead of express shipping a replacement, they ask for photos of UNDELIVERED package. Besides, they do not comprehend that it is not the damage to boxes but 1 week in transit for perishable food products is unacceptable.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Excellent produit, livraison vraiment très rapide. Vendeur professionnel. L'envoie avec UPS est la meilleure. Un petit conseil pour le vendeur, utilise UPS au lieu de fedex.
In english word, use UPS for delivery in France.
