I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered what was supposed to be a grey/purple LINEN dress from this company. Took weeks to arrive when it did it was sky blue/purple POLYESTER dress that 4 people could have fitted into it was huge. After many e mails I was offered full refund if I posted back to CHINA costing £27. No guarantee it will appear so I settled for 10% partial refund I wonder if it will appear in bank 😡AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

It is a scam, dishonest company. They did not accept the return of the plastic sandals I paid £45 for. Bad quality and visible glue — just not as described on their website. They also told me to send it back and ask for a refund from their China retailer, at my own cost. This is not acceptable, as the company claims to be English (London-based). Companies like this should be banned.

My friend and I ordered bronze sandals from Gracewood and although they turned out not suiting us, after a bit of email conversation with the company, we successfully received a very amicable refund.
We were allowed to keep the sandals which we are donating to our favourite charity.
I will continue to buy from Gracewood as my previous 2 experiences were fantastic!

Shoes never appeared and when customer services finally responded to my email they said that I had given an incorrect address. This is not true. They offered a refund and when I said that I wanted a refund they said that because it was my fault the address was wrong they would resend. I no longer want the shoes. Legally they should give a refund as I neer recieved the shoes and it is their fault.
Avoid at all costs!

I ordered some gold sandals at the beginning of August. They arrived, and despite being a standard shoe size 36, they were too big and I was not impressed with the quality. READ ALL REVIEWS associated with this ghastly outfit. Sizing is ridiculous - that is just the beginning, returning them is a NIGHTMARE. My advice to you is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of suppliers out there who offer a much better product with a favourable return policy. AVOID GRACEWOOD LONDON at all costs!

Do not buy from them. They are scammers and the products are fake and you have to return to china to get a full refund. Products are awful quality. Do not use them.

It is a scam. I bought the shoes and they kept sending emails saying that they were about to be delivered. 3.5 weeks later they arrive. I ordered a size 5 I am usually a 4/4.5. The shoes say they are size 5 but I don't think they are even a size 2 or 3. They are shoddily made. A complete rip off. I am so cross. Tried to return them and all they do is off a 40% refund if I return them to China at my own expense (as they are called Gracewood London) I did not expect any of this. When I email I keep getting the same response. Should have done my research before I bought. I hope someone else doesn't make the same mistake. People don't have money to waste like this. I am unsure how these people live with the lies that they sell.

Only putting 1 to be able to comment; CRIMINAL LEVEL SCAM. Exactly as reviews below. They send some rubbish that does not even resemble the item ordered, then offer 10% -40% refund. . I spent £37 pounds for canvas pants with pockets and got polyester joggers that would be £2 in thailand. They refunded only £15.
Ugly way to make money Gracewood. I am disappointed as my experience of china is not this.

I would give this company zero stars if possible! It’s a Chinese Company, trying to pass itself off as good quality British items.

Goods are shoddy and certainly not worth the money charged. When you try to return them they offer you a 10% refund or you can send the item back to their Chinese warehouse.

They sent me the wrong item and when I requested a replacement they simply wanted me to keep the wrong item with a partial refund?! When I pushed to have the item replaced they blocked my email address. Biggest scam. Do not buy from them.

I’d rather give it no stars. It’s not a uk company, it suggests express Royal Mail, items come from china and take weeks. When something was out of stock they asked if I wanted a refund or alternative that looked nothing like it. I asked to cancel the whole order, they refused, I asked for a refund on the item, they haven’t given it. Have received 2 items that are terrible and look nothing like pics and they’re still not refunding the one they didn’t send. Scam company.

Poor value, cheap material, nothing like the advertisement. Appalling delivery. Sizing completely wrong...do not buy from this company....so shody.

Scam company pretending to be based in London but should be called Gracewood China.

Lengthy delivery then return options are keep with 20% off or return at your own expense to China!

The wrong item arrived. Not as described in the photo or what I had actually ordered. Poor quality product for what I paid (£45 for cheap gold plastic sandals). Very disappointing customer service options. Do not waste your money.

Selling themselves as a London based company.
Over £30 to send 2 pairs of poor quality shoes back to China which cost £81.

Avoid, avoid, avoid
Goods come from China, poor quality, look nothing like the advertising item, returns address of China even thought the delivered package has a London returns address on it. Steer well clear if you don't want to get ripped off. Waiting to see if a refund actually turns up but at the moment I very much doubt it. Posted the 44:95 dress back to China today, cost of 2nd class postage 22.22, can't track the post so don't imagine we will receive any refund

Item took over 2 weeks to arrive despite saying delivery was Royal Mail express delivery. It didn’t suit me once it arrived with a return address of china, at your own cost!

I ordered a dress on the 10th of July. It is now the 28th and despite reassurances that it will be with me shortly, there is no sign. The tracking shows that it isn't even in the Royal Mail sytem. The responses are generated by AI but Mr and Mrs Docker are behind this company (check Company House). I intend to contact them shortly as, at this point, I want a refund.

Took 3 weeks to arrive despite being lead to believe items were shipped from London. Swimwear poor quality, cheap material. Unable to send back unless you're willing to pay shipping to China. Complete waste of money!

I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers. 3 week delivery, which turned out to be from China. The goods were dreadful quality, and damaged. Customer service refuse to supply a return label as you will only receive a refund when they receive to goods back to their China warehouse. Do not recommend using this company.
