SCAM!!! After purchasing and installing their theme, I have found that it blocks basic WordPress core functionalities that should operate independently of the active theme. This situation directly affects the site's operability and does not correspond to acceptable technical behavior for a commercial product.
I contacted Grace Themes technical support to resolve the issue. The response was even more concerning: the team demands access via private site passwords as a condition for providing assistance. Worse still, when this practice is questioned or a refund is requested, support conditions or denies the refund depending on whether the client provides those credentials. SCAM and fraud. Avoid it.

Used a theme to refresh an existing website and had problems. The support was excellent and they helped me to resolve the issue.
The template was excellent and very good value. I would recommend them very highly.

I have been using Music Club Pro for 7yrs+ now, and as a Professional Musician/Producer, it has all that is required for an Artist. The best for me, though, is always the "after-sales". Support is always there when you need it, and 9 out of 10 even on a Sunday. The team has my Respect.

The translation does not work everywhere, which is a drawback.

I have been using one of Grace Themes' themes, Online Consulting, for several years now. Due to the theme's exceptional quality and customer support, I have recently purchased another theme for a coaching business site. I have worked with numerous theme developers and designers, as I have been involved in online business for quite some time now. I have purchased more than one theme from other companies, but have not been using them because either they have errors and cannot be used, or the companies do not respond to any request for assistance at all. I bought the lifetime package and it is full of all sorts of themes. If there is any problems their tech support is available at any time of the day, for real. They are quick to respond and knowledgeable about their product.
UPDATE: I don't know who answered my questions initially but, I have now had more time with their templates. When requesting help, they have a standard blanket response. 'Please send your website URL and username and password for login to WordPress admin panel '
When asking for recommendations due to all the templates I have tried not being suitable for the websites I was trying to design, I get a blanket response; 'Please send your website URL and username and password for login to WordPress admin panel '. That is not helping me. i don't need them to crawl through the website, I needed an answer that was appropriate to the question that was presented. After a long email to them requesting help for a template selection, their response was, 'Please send your website URL and username and password for login to WordPress admin panel '. If you are a casual user, please don't use this company, they will NOT answer your questions appropriately. My most recent interaction with them was 12/26/25

Best theme everytime, very good und personality customer support

The theme was fantastic. I used it for a Logistics company and was able to do everything I required. It worked seemlesly across Android and Apple as well as Laptop, Tablet and Cellphones.I contacted support for one problem and within a matter of a few hours it was completed.
