Grace Removals Group - Sydney Anmeldelser

Great experience from first contact to drop off. Made it much easier for us.

Very professional and easy dealing with Grace. The stuff always help me and answer all my doubts and they transported all my stuff with care, no one of my stuff was damage and the crew from the removal was very friendly and funny. 100 % I recommended this company

We moved over three days and each team was uniquely efficient. the 2 ladies packing were pleasant and caring, the 2 guys moving the furniture were efficient BUT the unpackers were beyond compare in the intelligent way they organized the kitchen and the rest of the house. It helped that I had grouped items according to the rooms they were to fit, prior to packing

The team were warm and friendly as well as professional and diligent. They were very careful with our belongings and thought threw the day well.

Specialized Records Move - Corporate
Team was on time. They listened really well to the info and instructions given at the huddle, asking relevant questions. Very efficient and careful with moving delicate historical records. The whole team was very friendly and approachable - listening to further instructions as the day went on.

Move was much quicker and easier than anticipated. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience! Great communication and care taken. Thank you

The Guys arrived for the pickup on the day and on time. Loaded my stuff quickly and without any questions. It arrived on the day at the arranged time and was unloaded quickly and all in one piece. The staff at all times were very helpful and friendly.

I'm so happy I used Grace to relocate from Sydney to Auckland. They were super helpful in organisation of pick up and completion of documentation. They kept me informed the entire way through the journey. All my things arrived safe and sound in perfect order. And the pricing was really competitive.

Can't fault them. They were absolutely brilliant! Would definitely use them again if I were to relocate.

Good friendly people who know what they're doing.

Grace is truly an exceptional removalist company. They are friendly with highly professional services. In every regard Grace exceeded my expectations.

Grace removals are professional & trustworthy & made the move much less stressful.

Friendly, reliable and know what they are doing. You pay for speed, not for a couple of people taking as long as possible at an hourly rate.

From my initial phone call to Grace Removals to the very end the whole process exceeded my expectations. Their staff are experienced efficient on time and very good communicators. My furniture and artwork was picked up stored for 2 months and every piece was returned in the same condition as it left my home. The experience and know how of the 2 men who delivered my furniture just blew me away. I have no hesitation recommending Grace Removals and I would most definitely use them again. Ester

Grace removals were amazing!! This was our first moving experience having been in our family home for 47 years. The staff were so efficient and friendly.

Extremely poor communication, none to speak of in fact. The time of pick up was not advised. The sales person was rude and condescending when called on the day to co form pick up time. The removal team had no idea they were being paid to pack and move, they thought it was just a move. Then at our new address they blocked a loading dock with their truck which resulted in the police being call. A disastrous stressful experience for my elderly parents. A friend had recommended Grace to them. Overall a poor experience and my parents paid far too much for a move that took a couple of hours. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've used grace several times now for domestic home content relocation. Every time they are price competitive and provide faultless service. I don't even get other companies quotes anymore and will continue to use Grace as my preferred removalist

Communication was exceptional, staff were professional, hard working , polite and easy to work with.

Communication was inconsistent and not accurate, lengthy delays with receiving our items and overcharged based on volume.

Confident that I can trust Grace to do a good job of handling and delivering my goods
