GovX reached out right away. The Member was very attentive, checking and making sure everything was going fine. I buy gun parts every month and get issues every once in a while. I’ve had issues with S&W new guns that have come damaged from them and it’s been a hassle, PSA has been a hassle to fix their mistake, Optic Planet hates making things right and others as well. But I received a customer service that went above and beyond than any other company ever has to make things right. I want to say thank you so much for all the effort, it was greatly appreciated.

It was easy to register also the ordering process was great the sneakers fit well and comfortable. Thanks for your help.

GOVX is offering a Disneyland tickets for Aug 8th at $217 and Disney is offering the same ticket from their website at $199. So, where is the discount?? I also looked up an airline ticket and it was the same as the airlines website. NO DISCOUNT!!!

We have a gen 2 green turtle box. Love it and we use it out by the pool. We love it.

Tonight the neighbors called the police on the noise…FOR 1 TURTLE BOX… talk about awesome sound. Now we want to buy two of the 3rd gen so we can link them and really mess with the neighbors, lol!!

Great experience

My first experience with this company was buying concert tickets a few years ago. Had to work- couldn't go so I wanted to sell them. NO GO!....once you buy concert tickets you cannot resell them to anybody!

My second experience was a few days ago. I picked out a polo shirt and while I was in the cart after I entered shipping address and credit card info it said "free shipping". As soon as I hit purchase Now button it charged me $8 inshipping! WTH!

You can't call them because they don't answer the phone all you can do is email them. And they did respond... 3 days later, but they responded with BS and no help whatsoever. I told them to cancel the order they refused to do it and shipped it anyway. When I was emailing with them I did have a tracking number and UPS stated it was still in their possession and UPS had not picked it up. They absolutely refused to cancel the order.

It's disgusting how they take advantage of First Responders and military like this. Horrible place never buy a thing from here again!

I purchased an Benchmade OTF blade and I felt that the plastic was a little thin and weak. The blade mechanism is great, but the outer shell was less to my liking since I paid almost $250.00 for it. Thank you.

I've ordered from GovX about 5 times, the second item I ordered I found out I was paying more at GovX than at the product company's website - (Hollow Socks) - each time it's been surprisingly complex -
Recently I've run into some pretty concerning issues - the first - I accidentally ordered two of the same watch - likely due to delays in transaction time I'm guessing I hit the 'buy button' more than once... at least that's what could have happened... I tried to cancel the duplicate order, and they told me I could not - about a day later they sent me a note saying the second order was canceled. Early this month, I ordered a new Garmin Watch - assuming all was fine I simply waited for the watch to arrive - for some unexplained reason, GovX canceled my order. A couple of days ago I realized that I still hadn't received my order, so I contacted customer service via their website. two days later I was told that they canceled my order because their security team could verify my order - first time that's happened... so frustrated but never one to give up I went back into their website to re-order and learned that the same watch was not ~ $100 more - I ordered it at the higher price but I'll tell you that I am not impressed with this organization -

The site seems to be legit and has many products; But when it comes to refunds they fail miserably. I bought 3 SeaWorld tickets and the day after, without my knowledge, my previous ticket from a year ago was renewed. I contacted them and explained my problem and requested a refund on 1 tkt. Almost 3 weeks passed and no answered so I asked my credit card to seek refund from them; 2 months later (7 wks) they said no because I had signed their refund policy which states no refunds no matter what= (if you do not sign, the web site will not proceed) and my a/c info was deleted and my originally receipt disappear - I had made a copy of the receipt when I first bought them. So, I paid extra $254 and they won't issue a refund. I guess I won't be buying anything else from them. Make sure you read before you sign or buy from someone else.

Very disappointed... Purchased a BenchMade knife through GovX. Sent knife back to Bench Made to take advantage of their LifeSharp Warranty only to find out that the knife I purchased was an alleged counterfeit. BenchMade's policy is to confiscate all counterfeit products. Now I'm out a knife I paid $200+ for as well as what was my favorite EDC knife. I reached out to GovX to see how they will remedy this situation. Hate to think a company that caters to military, vets and first responders would sit back and not take this seriously.

Website was a little clunky when it was time to enter payment info, otherwise good to go.

On 3/14/26 I booked a hotel reservation through Govx.com at Extended Stay America Austin Texas. The reservation was from 3/14/26-3/23/26 for a total of $988.91. Order #126149723. When I arrived at the hotel property I checked in and after checking in I was informed my room was on the 4th floor but that the elevator on the property was not working. I informed them I was not able to repeatedly climb 4 flights of stairs. I stayed overnight for one night. The next morning I spoke with the front desk person who stated they did not know when the elevator would be fixed since it hadn't been working for at least a week and a half. I called Govx customer service to advise them that I was not able to stay at the hotel due to the fact I was unable to climb 4 flights of stairs and it posed a safety issue for me. The rep. advised me that as long as the hotel property agreed to a refund that it would not be a problem to check out and then submit for a refund. Prior to checking out the hotel manager Keetler Austin was contacted and approved the refund because of the fact there were no elevators working on the property. I was able to take a screen shot of the refund that was issued by to Govx.com which was $743.96. I have filed several requests for a refund and have provided all the documents which I was asked to provide. I provided an email directly from the hotel manager that approved me leaving and the amount refunded on 3/15/26. I keep receiving different emails from Govx.com on why my refund was denied. The last one stated that "The hotel has provided the following reason for denial: hotel is sticking to terms and conditions as this is inside penalty." This is an outright lie since the hotel property has already issued a refund of my money. Govx.com has received my money and the additional refund for the hotel which is an absolute theft of my money. I continue to get the runaround from them.

I have emailed 4 times to find out about verification. The 3rd time a case was set up. Said they would respond within 2 days. Nothing- no response from 4th email yet.

joined to do some comparison shopping and did not see any deals significantly better than without joining. tried multiple times to have my account deleted and site would not send the confirmation email to validate account deletion request. beware of data mining!

I have tried for 2 days to simply request the difference in advertised price from your GOVX website, but your company has refused to answer my concerns. So now I had to request a refund of my first purchase and now send it back and order a new exact model. The difference is $70.

Where to even begin? Couldn't process a payment for 3 days even with help from tech support could only keep telling me well. You're on the wrong Wi-Fi. Then they try and tell me that they need updated billing and shipment information even though it's already part of the web profile. This website has gone downhill in the last 4 years. Will never be shopping here again
