Highly frustrating service
All email responses are AI generated, so if you have an out of the box question or something bespoke, you go around and around in a loop. Questions are not answers correctly, responses are quite demeaning as if you are a child. I had multiple issues on the website, so had to wait for tech to resolve this (& then was not notified when it was resolved), hence delaying me getting my information submitted. I am still waiting for another issue to be resolved days later. Never again!

Not For South Africans!
As the company came up on my browser, it should not have in my opinion, I initiated the process only to realise that it would not work as I am a South African resident and although I require a Schengen Visa, the company is actually in Europe so it would not be able to assist me anyway. No refund, "as work had started". Not really!
