My heart sank but it all worked out well
When the check in agent told me that my evisa was missing my middle name and she was sorry that I was probably going to miss my flight, my heart sank! She said I could try calling Vietnam for a corrected visa. I Googled urgent visa Vietnam and called the first number that came up. govietnamvisa.com answer the phone and gave me directions on how to replace it. Jasmine and staff worked with me diligently and after some time using WhatsApp, I had my new visa and was checking in and boarding my flight. Thank you so much for your expert service.

My experience working with Go Vietnam Visa was excellent. I worked with both Sophia and Jasmine. Sophia helped process my visa initially. Jasmine was my point of contact once I landed in Vietnam.
Jasmine saved me. I had missed a follow up email. She was proactive and got in contact with me before I tried to go through immigration with the wrong visa. I am very thankful to her!
