Purchased 6 ea. PC660 cameras and 5 programmed as described and the 6th will not program. Tried all of suggested fixes but no luck. How do I get replacement when there is no response from Victure customer support.

Pedí cámara de rastreo el 3 de marzo y a 12 de abril sigo esperando.
No me responden a mis correos.
Un desastre.
I purchased an MP3 player which on arrival was faulty as the battery couldn't hold a charge. I immediately asked for a replacement or refund. I have written many emails to their service and support teams but never had a reply. This is a terrible company and should be avoided at all costs.
Mir wurde ein defekter MP3-Player zugesandt. Ich habe dann 6 höfliche Emails an Govicture geschickt (auch auf englisch), um zu erfahren, wie der Widerruf abläuft - keinerlei Reaktion. Somit kann ich das Gerät nicht zurücksenden, denn in den Widerrufsbedingungen steht, dass man die Rücksendeadresse erfragen muss.
I purchased a baby monitor over 2 weeks ago which never got delivered! The tracking says returned to sender yet I've had no refund! I've sent many emails over the last 2 weeks asking for updates followed by asking for refund with no reply! Worst company I've ever dealt with, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are crooks who will rob you and forget about you!
I ordered the wrong cameras. I am following their guidelines for returning. I have had NO response. they claim to get back to emails in 24 to 48 hours. I am on 2 weeks! I will have to dispute the charge ob my card, and file complaints with state agencies. HORRIBLE company to deal with.
Kamera bestellt aber nicht erhalten. Kommunikation gleich null. Ich weiß nicht ob ich das Geld wieder zurück bekomme. Am besten Finger weg.
I purchased a video doorbell, a baby monitor, and another wifi camera from them: but they do not work together in one app!
Victure have multiple apps, and each camera works in a different one from the last, for some reason!?!
I contacted them and they said it's because the cameras are different!
But a couple of the apps have the option to add the cameras, and create zones in the household, but they just don't work like they should.
No assistance at all from their support.
So, now I have 3 different apps, to view 3 different cameras, despite coming from the same manufacturer!
I also just read several articles exposing their security flaws: apparently, once you've connected your cameras to your Wi-Fi, they send ALL your information back to their servers in China ... UNENCRYPTED! As a result, a lot of these cameras have been used by hackers to obtain wifi passwords and gain access to devices.
Maybe that's why they have the different apps: Maybe the newer apps have security features that older cameras don't support .... we'll never know their reasons (but they'll know all our passwords!).
Hace poco adquirí una cámara de fototrampeo victure h500, ya que siempre había tenido buena fama esta marca y no me ha decepcionado. La verdad que no esperaba tanta calidad en sus grabaciones nocturnas, la uso para grabar videos de unas especies de las que realizo seguimiento y obtengo resultados de calidad. Además que lleve la pantalla en la parte frontal y no en la tapa facilita mucho el encuadre a la hora de posicionarla. El sensor de movimiento es realmente eficaz ya que he tenido que bajarle la sensibilidad para capturar solo la información que me interesa. Se ve una cámara de calidad comparándola con las otras que he tenido.
Wildkamera ging nach genau 15 Monaten kaputt. Service vom Unternehmen grauenhaft. Reine Hinhaltetaktik. Haben mir aus Kulanz 10% Rabatt für den nächsten Kauf angeboten. Nicht mit mir. Die Kamera wandert jetzt in den Elektroschrott.
Avoid!!! Unclear description on their website, missing part of my order, very slow and ineffective customer service - absolutely wasting your time and money! 2 weeks after I am still waiting the rest of my order, I still can’t use what I bought! Avoid in any case!!!
