Immediately after I ordered, I realized that "Shop" had somehow been changed the shipping address to an old address.  I contacted GOPURE support within 5 minutes of submitting my order to try to get this corrected. I received the following response: "We start processing orders right away to get your products to you as quickly as possible, often within 24 business hours. Because of this, we are unable to make changes to shipping addresses once an order has been placed." So now someone else is receiving my order and I'm out $$. I've tried to contact them again with no response. Terrible customer service and bad business practices.

Based on my experience, Uncle Stiffy is a highly misleading product marketed with exaggerated and unrealistic claims. In reality, the product is nothing more than an average menthol inhaler. It does not deliver anything close to the effects of sildenafil or similar clinically proven treatments, despite strongly implying otherwise in its marketing. What raises serious concern is the lack of accountability behind the so-called 90-day money-back guarantee. When I attempted to request a refund, I was informed that GoPure.com is only an authorised distributor and does not have a proper contact person or process to handle refunds. At the same time, Uncle Stiffy itself provides no direct customer support or contact channel to process such claims. This circular responsibility — distributor points to brand, brand provides no contact — is a clear red flag.
In my view, this product relies on dubious claims and vague guarantees to sell false hope. Consumers should be extremely cautious and manage expectations accordingly.

Bought the uncle stjffy nasal spray as it stated that if unsatisfactory you could get your money back within 90 days. Well it didn't work, not even slightly, and have emailed them several times and no reply. Do not use, absolutely crap both company and product. I see this as theft

The company sold their product with a 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. It did nothing for me so I attempted to return the product per their instructions given upfront. My first contact was with Clickbank who handled the transaction. This was well within their 30 day return/refund guarantee. Received no cooperation from them. Went to the GoPure website and emailed their support address and received no response This company and product are a complete sham.

I ordered directly from the goPure siteto make sure I didn’t get a knock off product. For over 6 weeks I have been faithfully using the brightening and even serum followed by the the dewy serum and vitamin C moisturizer in the mornings. At night, I use the firm and lift serum and anti wrinkle moisturizer. Plus, the firm and lift neck cream both morning and night. There have been 0 changes in my skin’s appearance. Literally wasted over $200.They definitely push and try to make you sign up for a subscription. Thankfully I canceled mine. These products don’t work and are just hyped up by influencers on social media. Their marketing game is strong. Their product, not so much. Save your money.

Let me start by saying I love this company’s products. However, their subscription program and customer service leaves much to be desired. I canceled my subscription because I had too much product and they sent it to me anyway. This happened twice. The second time, I immediately emailed them as nobody answers their customer service number. I indicated I wanted to cancel the order and my subscription. I received an email back indicating that because of their expedited shipping times the order had already been sent out, but they would offer me the order for 50% off. I emailed them back asking if the entire charge would be reversed and then a new charge would be applied or would they just credit me half of the charge. I indicated that I would be willing to keep the order at the 50% discount. I did not receive an email back but did receive a text message later in the day indicating that my order had shipped. I checked my account and saw that the original charge at the full price was still on my credit card and was indicated on my go pure account. I found it to be very deceptive to have indicated that the order had been sent out when indeed it hadn’t. My trust in this company has gone out the window and I’m sad to say that I will no longer be using their products. Beware of signing up for their subscription service as it is difficult to put a pause on it and you will end up with an excess of product. Shame on you go pure.

Wow! Buyer beware! Really really shady company. You try to buy one time and they literally scam you into subscribing. Then it took me half an hour to figure out how to unsubscribe. Then I canceled my entire order. Because if they’re going to try to scam me from the very first time, I try to order something it’s obvious that the product’s gonna suck.

I purchased Gopure for over two months ago and I been using it everynight and daytime and no results.. i just fund out you can buy it at Amazon for 19.99 and Walmart for $5.98 and I purchased two 1.7 Oz each $45.00 Dollars total of $90.00 plus shipping and No result what's so ever don't waste your money on this product it's not worth it..if you wanna try it buy it at Walmart for $5.98 if I only did my research I would of saved a lots of money!

Terrible. Wasted may more time than I should have emailing customer service as there is no way to call.

Took screenshots as their website was showing one price then it would “magically” increase at checkout.

I was sent email after email blaming the exchange rate, despite my screenshots showing clear proof that both were in Canadian $. Seems like a scam…They are hoping you don’t notice the extra cost at checkout. I won’t be buying this product.

You are signing up for a subscription. There is no customer service number and under subscription management, you can only delay the orders but not cancel them. I sent an email for cancellation and still received another order after.

I’m telling you this is a scam I’ve tried it now for over a month no results at all. Save your money. A lot of hope no results.

I have been using GoPure for a few years now and absolutely love it. I have only had to contact customer service one time and the issue was resolved immediately! Super friendly and my face looks amazing at 54 years old! I highly recommend!

This product spoiled (with mold!) after two weeks. Within one week it was already smelling bad. Wasn't able to use it long enough to tell if it even works.

I ordered the neck and face cream but wanted to return it I was charged £31 for two I emailed them right away. They have failed to answer on this . I emailed them 3 more times again no response. I definitely do not recommend this company

Tried the daily dewy serum and it made my face look like I was 13 going through puberty. Never had a breakout this bad before :(

I left an earlier critical review, as GoPure stopped selling to their established UK customers. However this ws not their fault and was due to the nightmare known as Brexit. They have now resumed selling in the UK. They are the best business for buying these online products!

There was an extra product added to my order that I did not want. I emailed them right away. They have failed to answer. Now the order shipped and they are deliberately not answering so I would be stuck with the product. I emailed them two more times no response. BEWARE THIS COMPANY.

I've been using this for two months and my face is so much brighter and hydrated.. it makes my wrinkles FAR less noticeable and it's very easy to use. I will definitely be staying with this skin care because I see results already after 2 short months and I used the actives line, it's the three in the box together
