No entiendo el inglés. Y tardan mucho en entregar sus pedidos
Claro que no tiene nada que ver el producto con el idioma, pero si la página que compro sale todo en inglés y me enviáis un correo sobre mi opinión en inglés. Le será más difícil entender lo que vosotros ponéis. Ya sé que existe el traductor. Pero si queréis seguir vendiendo en todos los sitios debería salir la página y correos en los idiomas del país donde lo estáis vendiendo. Y por su contestación no veo que seáis nada respetuosos

I´m sorry that you don´t speak english, but I do not understand what this fact has to do with GoPrimal or our products? Your last order took 4 days only to arrive from Austria to Spain. I hope you read this reply, rethink your rating and as I don´t speak spanish, I´ll do some helpful magic and use something that I can recommend to you - > it´s called google translate. May not be 100% accurate, but will make things understandable enough.
Lamento que no entiendas inglés, pero no entiendo qué tiene que ver este hecho con GoPrimal o nuestros productos. Tu último pedido tardó 4 días en llegar, no creo que sea lento. Espero que leas esta respuesta y como no hablo español, haré algo de magia útil y usaré algo que puedo recomendarte - > se llama traductor de google.

Fantastic with customer service. Wrong address got added to my shipment and I I was quite stressed with where it was and not hearing from the courier so I spammed goprimal with my questions and concerns. Quick to reply helpful with any information they could give me. Didn't feel like I was being ignored because it was a issue between me and the courier. Thank you again

Preentreno de mala calidad, se solidificó al segundo día y su respuesta fue que la culpa era mía por “haber dejado abierto el bote”.

No vuelvo a comprar. Compré el preentreno y cuando me queda más de medio bote se ha puesto malo. Me he puesto en contacto con atención al cliente y su única respuesta es que eso pasa cuando lo abres y hace calor, sin ningún tipo de solución. Una vergüenza de marca

Hola Victor, si se deja el bote mal cerrado o guardado por mucho tiempo, entra humedad y se forman rocas. Sobretodo si se quita la bolsita de dentro. Tu pedido fue en Abril, con lo cual han pasado varios meses y los ultimos restos del producto se ven afectado por la humedad y especialmente por las altas temperaturas
Se podría tomar todo junto??
Se podría tomar el multivitaminico junto al omega 3, el de fuerza, Focus y magnesio? Junto con el pack vitality, no sería mucho??

Good products, below average customer service
Very happy with the product: the protein powders (strawberry and vanilla flavors) as well as the Vitamin D3. Been ordering for a while. But disappointed with customer service/correspondence. I was supposed to receive a deodorant in my last order (a gift promotion if you spent a certain amount) and it wasn't included. I wrote to customer service about it, but never received a response.
