I have checked this product in real Dr. Althea 345 cream is different from what I got .
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your side.

I regret purchasing this product from this website, as there has been no response or support from the team despite my attempts to reach out. While I have come to terms with the possibility of losing the money, the level of service I experienced has made me regret buying this product altogether.

Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing any products from this website in the future.

Purchased from Abe Books via this book seller's site. Return policy states Abe Books will contact the seller with issue/s, and IF a return email by the seller is sent, it can be negotiated. No return email, no comment, no nothing. The book was to be a paperback. It is called a book in every reference except fine print that says audioCD. It should be listed as an, audiobook in every reference - very misleading. Maybe that is on purpose? I see a 4 rating here but on Abe',s they have a 2. I noted that but was hoping for a better outcome than others, I suppose. I lose in every way. Lost money, do not have the book I needed, and will be less likely to trust ratings of 3 or below going forward. Note: they have only been in business since 2/2025; likely either still new and/or don't understand how to manage customer etiquette.

I ordered a cd from them to add to my music collection and was sent an empty cause with nothing but the album art covers when it was labeled as a cd

I ordered 3 Dvd's packageing was totally inadequate hence two of the 3 cases were damaged. I contacted co 2x with no response. Will not buy from this co again.

The DVD set I received was so compromised I could not get through one movie. The discs all had dark streaks. The greatest frustration is the theft of my time!
The return process is bogus making me wait for their two business days.

I ordered a dvd directly from their website a couple years ago and received the order no problem. But this month I placed another order with them, and never received the dvd or an email saying it had been shipped. I tried emailing, using their contact form, and calling - their email address and phone number were invalid, and I received no response on the contact form. I got my money back through Paypal, but I won't be ordering from this company again. I feel like they were good/legit before (especially based on the earlier reviews), but now they've either dropped the ball or gone out of business without saying so. Maybe if you're still inclined to order from them, try contacting them first to see if they've fixed up a way you can actually reach them again.

I bought a dvd and digital from go peachy. I got the dvd but no digital.I emailed to obtain it and was not replied to in almost 20 days.I contacted Ebay and because go
peachy told Ebay I did get something in the mail that was enough and Ebay closed the case with out the rest of what I ordered.

I've sent GoPeachy a number of emails about the non-existent tracking number they provided. It's been a month of me trying to get a response, and then an answer to my question - but they simply aren't responding. Very frustrating. I'm very close to making a report to Ebay. (Ratcatcher Criterion blu-ray)

The cd in case wasnt the one i ordered ...does anyone look at this account

Gopeachy has wonderful prices and a large selection and I'm happy to give them a 5 star rating for that... however: 1. Every one of my three orders was incomplete- two were missing discs (one case was even empty), and one had the wrong case altogether. 2. They publish a telephone number but DO NOT answer. I've called morning, noon, afternoon for several days. 3. The ONLY method of communicating is email, and they are not quick with replies.
I would take a chance with placing an order for $30 but because they are not easy to contact I'm not comfortable with more, or my orders will easily be in excess of $50, even more. I've contemplated placing another order for a couple months but still not completely comfortable with trust.

I should have looked at the reviews Before I ordered. So through their ebay store I bought a Blu ray, that was June 11th the expected delivery date would be august 2nd. This was a pretty decent shipping time from US to Netherlands. The only thing sketchy about the order was the tracking code, it didn’t work. But I was willing to hold my patience.
But now more than a month later nothing has arrived.
I’ve tried contacting them and I did get a response in 2 or 3 days, I can’t remember how long it took for them. But their awnser did not help sadly.
They did offer a refund….. but that refund can only be given once the Blu ray arrives and I ship it back to them . But I don’t think the Blu ray will ever arrive. So it’s no blu ray and no refund for me.
It seems to me that in the past few reviews the quality of service at gopeachy has dropped hard.
I have no clue what’s going on at the company, but they have to get it together.
All I just want is to know where my package went.

I ordered tribute to joni mitchell,i got the jewell case , booklet ang the wrong cd. Instead of joni mitchell it was beauty and the beast? I am not happy..

Re-think shipper. It took 9 days to received the product.
