One more to add to the list, I ordered an Air fryer, tried to contact them via all contacts but I’ve heard nothing at all

Absolutely disgusted to say the least

I'm just going to join the list of people that have been scammed - my order was a fridge/freezer.

These people are worse than somone who would mug an elderly lady in the street as they are the cowards of the mugging world hiding behind their keyboards.

Let's hope someone brings these scammers to justice (although doubtful), whether it's the police or credit card companies who will have a lot of refunds to process.

I ordered a Ninja air fryer from goods- store.com. I went through Price spy to compare prices. I ordered on the 15th April 23 and they took £179.00 from my bank account. They sent email with tracking number on the 18th, but it's a fake tracking number. This is a total scam. They will not answer any calls or reply back any emails I have sent. I have had to wait 15 days before I could dispute this debit card transaction with my bank.

Do NOT purchase anything total scam. Ordered 2 ninja air fryers, one for me and one for my elderly parents. Never arrived and after numerous emails promising me another delivery date due to problems with the courier still no air fryer. Have launched a fraud investigation through my bank. Do NOT deal with these people or purchase anything SCAM

Fraudsters. Website has disappeared. Not got the goods. No contact information.

Scam - avoid!

Ordered the Ninja air fryer on 13th April, got confirmation email and details for order tracking with courier. Nothing sent and no email or phone response from Goods-Store or tracking company. I have raised a dispute with credit card company for refund and awaiting outcome. This is a scam company that will probably reappear soon under a different name offering well known and popular products at lower prices than other retailers. They even use Google to advertise their scam offers so please be careful using search engines.

I ordered a fridge freezer form these guys and they didn't call before the delivery day they said i waited and nothing turned up so i tried to call them and there was no answer on the phone. I checked the tracking again today to see where the fridge was and the link to the tracking no longer exists.. Absolutely a scam can't believe it even shows up on google as a place to buy from!

Total scam bought a fridge freezer from this site and is yet to arrive links to the tracking are no longer working and nobody answers the phone..

Avoid at all costs ordered an air fryer on 12th April, not received item, can’t get in touch, web site closed down £190 quid gone, they are totally fake, reported to bank today, fraud proceedings taking place.

Avoid like the plague this is a scam, they have taken nearly £200 of my 90 year old father and no goods, and now can’t get hold of anyone, it’s a block of flats in Wembley, ordered his air fryer 14th April and 30th April no goods and funny when you click on websites it comes up error and the tracking of the parcel has disappeared now, no morels at all, why should you have to give 1 star to make a review

Total scam site. Very well set up. Even talked to me via chat service. Then nothing. No goods no refund and now site has disappeared. If you have purchased from this site. Be aware that not only did you get scammed for the money you paid but it was also set up as a recurring payment!! I only found that out when I launched a dispute with Barclay's. I am cross with Visa as it was a Visa assured site. Using secure pay.

Ordered a fridge freezer from this site, they said 7 working days for delivery, then they said the 26th April, hasn't arrived, won't answer phone calls. This company should be shut down. Requested a refund, not received it. Now have to try and get it back from the bank. Absolutely disgusting that Google allow fraudsters to advertise on the site

This is a scam site. Do not use. We ordered a Ninja Grill which, despite notifications of a delivery date, did not arrive. When we tried to contact them, the tracking and site information was unavailable. Luckily we paid by credit card so the transaction can be nullified.

Total scam. Paid £115 for an air fryer that has not arrived. Clever site it even emails you with a link to a courier that tells you when to expect delivery. I have reported it to the Government Cyber unit hopefully they will take it down. Suprised that Google allow these sites to post on it.

I too haven’t received my air fryer and £192 has been taken from my card. They don’t answer phones. They did answer one email but nothing more. Avoid at all costs. I have reported to Barclaycard and will now contact Trading Standards. Wish I’d seen this before I ordered but given the dates of the reviews, we were all scammed at the same time.
