The glasses are quite fragile and the screws become loose, or undo, frequently. This has been an ongoing problem with the glasses for several years and I have commented on this matter previously.

Decent enough
Overall, pretty good. A range of designs for glasses cases. The cases I got are all pretty small, they don't fit big sunglasses in but I didn't check measurements, so, that's not their fault. My order arrived fairly quickly and well packaged.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, however my glasses have broke, emailed customer services today for a replacement so hopefully they continue with the excellent service I have received. I also purchased another pair of glasses which were excellent.

Poor product quality.
I recently purchased a pair of glasses from you, but after only one week of normal use, they came apart because one of the small screws fell out.
I am very disappointed, as I expected them to last much longer than this. I contacted Customer Service about my issue, but I never received a response.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to reassure you that all Goodlookers products are made from high-quality components and durable materials and the issue you've described is certainly not something we would expect. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
All Goodlookers glasses come with a 1-year warranty, so in the unlikely event that a pair is faulty, we're happy to offer a replacement or refund.
In regard to your email, our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We can see that your emails were sent on Friday evening and Saturday morning, outside of our office hours. As we're closed over the weekend, all emails received during that time are reviewed and responded to on Monday.
You should now have received our reply and we hope the resolution we've provided has resolved the issue to your satisfaction. If you feel we've been able to put things right, we would be grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect your overall experience. Thank you again for your feedback.😊

I have bought several pairs of reading…
I have bought several pairs of reading glasses from Good Lookers over the past few years because I like the styles and the price point. Unfortunately, I have found the quality to be disappointing.
The hinges seem to be a particular weak point. I have had multiple pairs break after only a month or two of normal use, which is frustrating when the same issue keeps occurring across different pairs.
I also contacted customer services regarding the problem but found them unresponsive, which added to my disappointment.
It’s a shame because the glasses look great, but based on my experience the durability has not been good enough for regular daily use. As a result, I won’t be purchasing from Good Lookers again and will be looking elsewhere for reading glasses in future.
Update: Following the company’s response, I have checked my spam folder and found that they had in fact replied to my complaint and offered to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund. I am happy to correct my original review on that point and acknowledge that they did attempt to contact me.
However, this does not change my overall experience. I have purchased multiple pairs of Good Lookers reading glasses and have experienced repeated failures, always involving the hinges. In several cases the glasses lasted only weeks or a few months before breaking.
My concern is therefore not about customer service but about the quality and durability of the product itself. Our glasses are made from high-quality materials and are designed to withstand everyday use, so it's disappointing to hear that you've experienced the issues with your glasses. This certainly isn't the standard we aim for and I'm very sorry for all inconvenience this may have caused.
We're also sorry to hear that you felt our customer service was unresponsive. We've looked into this and can see that you contacted us in April. We replied within 24 hours requesting some additional information so we could investigate further, but unfortunately we didn't receive a response. It's possible our email was overlooked, so just in case, we'll resend it today.

Where's a sixth star? EXCELLENT Customer Service, ordered PM yesterday, I was kept notified thoughout the process, then delivered coffeetime the following day, today! I've had a Weybridge Style pair for 3 plus years, they are often admired and commented on, so I thought I would treat myself to a second and third pair in the same frame style. I'd like to thank everyone in the process of my order, I'm now considering another style. I'm getting Elton John vibes.

As discussed in our email correspondence, the way lenses sit within a frame can vary depending on both the prescription strength and the frame design. With higher prescriptions, lenses can sometimes protrude slightly due to the thickness of the lenses and this is a normal feature rather than a fault with the glasses.
We're also sorry that our customer service did not meet your expectations. We responded to your emails promptly, provided information about why the lenses appeared as they did and offered a return or exchange in line with our returns policy.
