Item arrived covered in dust, I emailed them but never heard back
Appalling Customer Service
Product was good when it eventually arrived. Delivery took several weeks with no communication. I ended up contacting my credit card to report a no show and within 2 days the item arrived!!! The item was a present and was ordered in good time, 4 weeks before the event in fact. There was a total lack of interest , concern and communication by Goodhood and the I spent many hours of MY valuable time trying to chase them. For that reason alone I will never use them again. Good customer service is everything and I’m afraid Goodhood show all the concern of a second class drop shipper, I would even go as far as to say arrogant!!

Purchased a pair of general purpose shoes, very happy with the shoes, and the service was very good. Shipping with DHL was a bonus with flexibility to pick up. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again and will drop by when I’m next in London. Thank you!

Recent Poor Service
Generally Goodhood are okay and I receive my orders in a timely manner. There was one order recently which never arrived and after 2 weeks I started to email about where the order was. I emailed 4 times across a 2 week period and have never until today received a reply so ended up having to take alternative routes to get my money back. This was far from the outcome I expected from Goodhood. It’s left quite a sour taste in my mouth going forward as it was a lot of stress and waste of time for nothing due to extremely poor customer service.
Goodhood are terrible at customer service
Goodhood are terrible at customer service if I could give it zero stars I would. They still owe me over £100 in refunds from November 2025 and I’ve messaged them numerous times to receive no reply so given up. I wouldn’t buy from them unless you are willing to lose money.

I received an incorrect item that was ordered
The delivery I received included an incorrect item (which was of less value than what I ordered). I have tried contacting them for a week and haven’t heard anything back. All I have left to do is to visit their store when I am back in London to try and sort this problem. Very poor customer service and it’s a shame to read that others have experienced the same issue. I will not be placing an order with them again.

What a rubbish way this store runs. Would advise no one to order on line. It’s now 1 month since they received my return and still no refund. Can’t speak to anyone and they don’t respond to emails.
I bought this through Klarna and they are now in dispute with them. I’m going to have to get on to my bank as they have taken 2 payments off me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Day 3 came and didn't hear anything so decided to email the store to which Edd responded within 10 minutes and had my items packed and shipped. Whilst this store gets alot of heat, I cannot complain about their service because they responded really well and were willing to help. Thank you Edd for the help in getting these to me

Have had horrendous treatment from…
Have had horrendous treatment from Goodhood and basically been ignored despite numerous requests for a response. Purchased a gift for our son a few days ago which wasn’t suitable so requested that if we sent the item back we could use credit to buy something else online. We live over 4 hours from London. Were told no- not possible and have had no other correspondence. At no point during the transaction were we informed of this.
Have purchased many gifts in the past and from previous store.
Appalled that you can’t be bothered to help with a really easy request.
Will never visit again
