I would give 0 stars if I could, ordered a month ago, sent several emails, got no replies, had to get my money back through my bank. AVOID!! AVOID!!

Do not order from this company. They take your money and don’t fulfil your order. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. If something is too good to be true it usually is. Ordered a month ago and received nothing. No answer to 3 emails that I’ve sent.

Wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering, as with all the others ordered 3 weeks ago and still no sign of delivery no answer to emails or messages

Patches are really good, obviously not a long term solution but great for short term. After reading reviews about people not receiving their packages I was dubious. However I’ve received both orders. Thank you

Advertising on Facebook as if she’s come across these amazing products by using false before & after photos and actually promoting her own business but passing it off as a recommendation! Absolutely disgusting !!! Profiting off false marketing to innocent ladies! How stupid do you think people are.

If I could give 0 I would.
Ordered, told it was posted, was given a fake delivery reference.
Have emailed and messaged several times and no response.

If I could have gave zero stars I would have. I paid for my order mid March and still have not received it . I have sent numerous emails and have had no reply whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed an order which never arrived and I have tried contacting them several times with no reply.
I have issued a refund with my bank which they are trying to challenge!
This company post on Facebook groups and if you try and warn people about them you get blocked.
Shocking company and avoid at all costs!

This company is peddled on a certain Mrs Hinch Cleaning tips and tricks FB page with generous discount codes. Don’t fall for it. I ordered, took 4 weeks to arrive - chased repeatedly with zero response to emails. When it finally did arrive - it was only half the order. Again, no response to emails.
Sad thing is, when I tried to warn people about the company, I was blocked from the group. It’s definitely a full on SCAM.

Please be careful. This is being advertised on ‘cleaning tips and tricks’ group on Facebook. It’s definitely a scam. Any comments warning others about this are being deleted and you will be removed from the group without notice. It’s very obvious people are being paid to advertise this scam in various facebook groups and are probably being paid a commission on whoever uses their ‘discount code.’
If it wasn’t a scam you wouldn’t be censored for pointing out the obvious!!

Scam. Advertising on Facebook in a certain Mrs H cleaning tips group. Same people posting offering discount codes. They then get deleted before a new one goes on but I remembered the names. I commented as such but it was deleted. I commented to check trustpilot, I assume it was deleted because now I am blocked.

If there was an opportunity for a minus score, I would choose that! This site took payment for an order at speed in October 2024 and despite repeated requests for delivery, the products have never arrived. I get repeated emails from them telling me about new products but no responses when I try to source the product paid for or a refund. On that basis, I am concerned this may be not be a secure site.

Never received my order......very disappointing!
I ordered on 1st April and now its June and I haven't heard from them. I have lost money that could have been spend on something else!

I received my 1st order ok, but when I re-ordered it never arrived even though I paid for it, no response to emails so I wouldn’t trust this company, scamming scum.
UPDATE: 10 days ago after writing this review received an email to say my order was on its way….still not received.
