Cian was very accommodating and prompt.

Brian was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Brian is easy to talk to. He listens well and is very personable. He was able to create the perfect itinerary the first time and even suggested things I hadn't thought of, but is a perfect fit for me and what I want my experience in New Zealand to be.

Brian was amazingly helpful, patient and very responsive. So far so good!

Brian was extremely attentive to our desires and was very good with details.
Very good verbal communication along with detailed and precise details made everything very clear to us.

Working with Brian made planning our second retirement trip effortless. Not sure what we wanted, but Brian offered alternatives and provided details in both a walk through audio presentation AND a google map tour of a trip itinerary that provided images of the locations we could visit along with accommodation information. It really sold us. We were able to customize our trip from there to allow for additional site seeing along with adding an addition nights stay with no issues. We discussed our preferences over three phone calls and I can say we are pleased with the outcome. I'd recommend Brian if you are planning a trip to New Zealand or Australia. Great job Brian and thank you!! So looking forward to our trip!!

Cian was very helpful, engaged with us in a collaborative way and was most pleasant to speak with. They can customize a trip to meet your specific needs/desires.

I made some inquiries about a planned trip to New Zealand, and the staff at GoNewZealand were very responsive, and discussed over the phone various options for travel, particularly on the South Island. They followed up, but allowed me time to explore other options. In the end, I decided to join a hiking tour instead, but the motor coach tour offered looked very reasonable for a tour with less hiking involved.

This is the ultimate luxury concierge experience . Everything is laid out for you and you don’t have to lift a finger. It saves so much time. Just show up and enjoy your vacation!

Several things were great..primarily the people.....our agent Cian has been very very good..he returns calls and messages , he is very patient with our questions and very accomodating when we come up with changes. Lastly when we call the general number, everyone has been nice and helpful.

Attention to detail. Knowledge of itinerary. Friendly and professional presentation.

Cian was very helpful when we were exploring ideas for NZ travel in early 2027. He had great questions and good ideas. His communication was prompt and he has a very pleasant style.

Cian is great at his job! His follow-up and patience are to be commended. He answered all of my questions quickly and honestly and diligently sought out the right fit for my adventure in New Zealand. He made the process so enjoyable by being so positive and upbeat while maintaining his professionalism. I truly enjoyed speaking with him each time, whether on the phone or by email.

It's been a pleasure working with Brian and Cian on our upcoming trip. Their professionalism, knowledge, flexibility and 'chill' approach made the experience positive. We heard only good things about NZ but we're even more excited now.

Brian has been extremely helpful and answered all my questions regarding a tour to New Zealand. Rates are reasonable for length of tour and activities included. I feel like I am more than just a customer.

Brian was patient with me and explained details of the trip and options. I am looking forward to my trip. March can't come soon enough. There were complications as my daughter wasn't sure if she would be able to come with me but we were able to make sure she was added to the trip and she is looking forward to going.

Brian has been very attentive and pleasant to work with. I liked the majority of his recommended adventures and his enthusiasm for New Zealand. He is helping two old ladies live their best life!

Brian is absolutely wonderful to speak and work with on planning the best possible vacation, tailored to one's needs. It has been a delight and I plan to keep your agency in mind for future international trips. Thank you Brian!

Brian is great!

Brian worked with me on budget and experiences. After a little back and forth, I got exactly what I was looking for. He was helpful with questions about weather, driving, visas, etc. He also took into account that we needed to end at the university where my child is studying abroad. Even though we are moving her in after our trip ends, Brian still offered advice and help for getting me back to the airport after.

Brian was so knowledgeable and responsive to both my questions and my preferences. Although we are half a world apart, he easily made a convenient schedule for us to meet on more than one occasion. I could not have asked for a better agent. 5+ stars on each and every category for all of my interactions with him.
