Very happy of the product, i recomend !

I bought two different necklaces. They both looked fantastic, and arrived quickly. Packaging also looked nice and may serve as a permanent storage.
However, it was difficult for me to imagine the pieces' small size by the pictures on the website. Although I know measurements of each piece are described in each page, I suggest including pictures where their size stays clear in comparison to other objects or perhaps a ruler.
Also, as I ordered two pieces, each one with its similar chain, I was surprised that those chains had different closing fixtures - one of them looking definetely better and more expensive that the other one.

I purchased the Vyer ring for my partner and he absolutely loved it. It’s so incredibly unique and unlike anything we’ve seen in North America. He especially loves the placement of the black diamonds, as the ring shines no matter what angle you hold your hand. I had to contact customer service as my partner’s finger size was in between two sizes and they answered very quickly and were very accommodating!

The ring is made from really great quality and was delivered really fast. Only downside were the high customs cost shipping it to my country. Maybe it would be worth to mention this on the ordering page.
Additionally, the website sometimes crashed skipping the sides, had to reload several times before I could order.

I was bit scared before buying the ring since it was expensive. But when I got the finished product in my hands, I can definitely say that it was worth the money. The craftsman was able to recreate the exact same product that lived up to my expectation.

The final product was great and arrived quickly. But when discussing a possible custom order, which they did state they didnt do anymore, but was willing to consider, i was just left waiting for over two months. They stated they were busy with orders, but a "no" would have sufficed.
I ended up ordering one of the regular products which was beautiful. However the whole process was much longer and more difficult than it needed to be.

Please just be straight forward with your customers.

Some troubles with the shipment that was taken care of immediately by the owner. I received a new product within less than a week. Everything was to my expected service!

Lovely color, fits as expected. I wear it on my fore and middle finger, it doesn't obstruct. Very comfortable, looks great, what more can you ask

Great experience communicating with the artist. Amazing photo content of the products to get a good idea on the way pieces look from different angles and being worn.
The presentation of the box and wrapping is high quality and looks great.
And last but not least the pieces themselves look stunning. I love the bracelet I got as it is a perfect look and fit and feels heavy and durable.

I wasnt sure at first, but these guys rock. The ring you buy is the ring you get. The optic is just awesome. It looks random and deliberate at the same time.

Took 2½ weeks from order to delivery, faster than I had anticipated. Packaged very well.

What else is there to say, Im in love with my signet ring.
