If this matter is not resolved immediately and I am not allowed to withdraw my money, I will proceed to hire an international financial lawyer and file official

I have had a terrible experience trading with Go Markets, once you make profit they will void it. They didn’t even provide any credible evidence to back their claim that I was doing latency arbitrage, I was trading fair value, which is hard enough to calculate these days yet alone have the broker side against you and take your profits.

What made me a target was simply making money. I trade oil instruments manually on MT5 from my home computer, and I made $3293 USD using a strategy based on price relationships between correlated markets that I developed through my own research. After one strong session the account got "flagged" the moment I tried to withdraw, and then the interrogation began.

The account manager was push very hard for a phone call. They want phone because nothing is in writing afterwards.

There is reason this entity is registered in Mauritius and not somewhere with proper regulator, my advice is stay away from this broker.

Utilizzo GoMarkets da diverso tempo e posso confermare che si tratta di un broker di altissimo livello. L'efficienza della piattaforma, la rapidità nell'esecuzione degli ordini e la trasparenza generale sono impeccabili. Ma il vero valore aggiunto, a mio avviso, è l'assistenza al cliente. Un plauso e un ringraziamento particolare vanno a Matteo Morosinotto, il professionista con cui mi interfaccio regolarmente. La sua competenza, disponibilità e rapidità nel risolvere qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta fanno davvero la differenza. È raro trovare un supporto così attento e personalizzato nel settore del trading. I usually never write reviews, but after what happened with GO Markets, I think other traders should know before depositing money there.

The biggest problem was not even losing profits. The biggest problem was how difficult they made it just to receive my own deposit back.

For many weeks, I kept asking for withdrawal of my funds. Most emails were ignored for days. Then I would receive same response again and again saying my account was “still under review”.

Only after continuous pressure from me, and after mentioning regulator complaint and public reviews, they finally returned my original deposit. No apology, no explanation for the delays, and of course no profits.

The reason for all this started after my trading became profitable.

I was trading oil instruments manually on MT5 using my own strategy and market analysis for divergence against correlated asset.

Once profits increased, suddenly they started asking many unusual questions. They wanted information about my strategy, software, devices, trading methods, and even who I communicate with. It felt extremely invasive.

After this, they claimed my profit of $2746 USD were invalid because of “latency arbitrage” and mentioned some sections from their terms and conditions. But they never properly explained which trades supposedly broke rules or how exactly I violated anything. There was no transparency at all. They simply removed all profits from the account balance like they never existed.

In my opinion, this is very dangerous situation for traders. If broker can decide after the fact that your profitable trades are not acceptable, then what protection do clients really have?

The whole experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted huge amount of time. Communication was slow, unclear, and felt designed to delay everything as much as possible.

Personally I would strongly recommend for other clients of Gomarkets to consider moving to another broker as their profit in the terminal is not safe.

A corretora Gomarkets bloqueou minhas operações por EA alegando que as ordens a mercado lançadas por meus EAs no MT5 estavam com um suposto desvio muito grande. Como esse suposto problema não é visível no MT5, conversando por email com uma representante da corretora, eu pedi diversas vezes que me enviassem provas de que isto realmente estava acontecendo, algum relatório do sistema interno deles mostrando que isso realmente estava acontecendo, e eles não enviaram, se negaram a enviar provas. Simplesmente mantiveram o bloqueio sem mostrar qualquer prova de que esse problema realmente existia. E mesmo que realmente existisse, esse suposto desvio não gerava nenhum problema, não alterava as operações, não me gerava vantagens, não existia motivo que justificasse um bloqueio. E o mais suspeito é que, quando eu estava perdendo, não havia reclamação nenhuma sobre esse suposto problema. Bastava eu começar a ganhar alguma coisa que as reclamações começavam. É muito suspeito, parece muito atitude de falsas corretoras que não atuam como intermediária, e sim atuam na contraparte dos clientes. Então enquanto os clientes estão perdendo, está ótimo para corretora. Aí quando os clientes começam a ganhar, a corretora inventa qualquer justificativa para bloquear suas operações, porque para ela só é interessante manter clientes que perdem, que geram lucro para a corretora que atua na contraparte. Por esse motivo fui obrigado a sair da corretora.

I deposited $20, but my account was never credited, and the broker gave me no proper response. This has been going on for over a week, and in the end, my funds were not returned, while the support team just kept passing me around.
