Creo que tienen un buen servicio al cliente y tratan de hacer sentir bien al cliente realizando todo de una manera rápida y eficaz brindando un buen servicio

Even though the issue has not yet been resolved, Jeremy reaching out to me helped as I was beginning to think my emails were going to a big black hole.

Definitely a scam. After paying a shipment fee on a different website I suddenly had a membership here which was supposed to “renew” two days later for ~50€. Due to “technical issues” it was not possible to quit the membership in the “first 24 hours”. After reaching out to the support a cancellation got confirmed for two weeks later but till then there would be several top ups over roughly 70€.
The website claimed that it would be possible to skip “automated top ups” but I don’t see how. After contacting the support they said that they couldn’t skip the top ups and that I had to do that myself and that they would send me an email explaining how to. But that mail never came.

End of story: I reported credit card abuse to my bank and got a new card before they could charge me anything.

To top it off I received a mail asking for a good review in Trustpilot in exchange for a refund for the money that would have been taken from my card if I didn’t replace it.

So it’s definitely not a trustworthy site.
