Absolutely outrageously good, in fact way better than that!! From the initial call, thru to delivery & install dates and completion the GSR Team are fantastic. We had a garden cabin built, and a full fit out which looks insanely good. The entire process is seamless, and the guys make it very easy.

Shout out to Matt & Ben who answered every call (& daft question I had) within minutes regardless of time or day. The fit out teams (cabin & sim) where exceptional too, first class workmanship, knowledge and expertise. And of course Chris - 100% Legend!

If you are considering a golf sim you should not look any further than GSR. These guys are the absolute best!

Everything from my first contact with Ben to the final installation was first class, the installation guys were top notch nothing was to much trouble for them three different gangs firstly the build then the painters and finally the kit out all a credit to Golf Sim rooms and Aimee was there on hand for every query and answered them straight away , four weeks later I am over the moon with everything and Ben doing what he does checking in to make sure everything is as it should be going the extra mile , I would thoroughly recommend going to GSR if you want a golf simulator

GSR installed a SIM in an existing building that required a great deal of planning and ingenuity to create. The outcome was exceptional. The team were all eager to make everything perfect and we’re all great guys to deal with. GSR are undoubtedly the premier company in this specialist market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Every single person we encountered within the team from the first telephone enquiry through to completion and handover was incredibly hard working, professional and dedicated. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble, response times are the fastest I have ever experienced from any company (regardless of time of day or day of the week!), attention to detail and ensuring that everything is ‘just so’. These guys have created a wonderful golf sim room in my garden annexe. It is extremely luxurious and professional looking. I plan to spend many happy hours in there working on my game and using it as a cinema room. They were friendly, responsive and clearly are experts in their field. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very professional service. Steph in the office and Chris and his team on site were excellent from day one. Lots of stupid questions from me were answered well and quickly throughout the process (and some afterwards!). Nothing was too much trouble and I had full confidence in my purchase from GSR. They know what they are doing. I am very pleased indeed with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Golf Sim rooms were absolutely excellent and the whole process really was great, no issues at all. But rather, very easy process throughout. Chris was fantastic organising the project from start to finish and his communication and knowledge was great. He was always there to help from start to finish. Really excellent in ensuring I was happy throughout. Steph was great too organising all the logistics and orders and making sure the build was not slowed down at all, but rather both Chris and Steph made sure the project continued to work efficiently

Ben and Shaun and their internal fit out team were brilliant. They came each day early and worked so well and are excellent in what they do. Such nice guys and brilliant at their job. The electrics and tech set up is really important for a sim cabin and Ben was an expert in ensuring the electronics and electrics were all set up well. The wiring and cabin build was done very meticulously.

GSR I would highly recommend, a fantastic set company with great workers and experts in what they do.

Chris is seeing me soon to ensure the cabin is all good and I look forward to seeing him again shortly

GSR exceeded all my expectations when creating my sim. From back office to build the service has been second to none. They prioritise quality and attention to detail over speed. They do not cut corners. Nothing seemed to phase them and there was a always a solution. The post care has been excellent. Like all things tech, it takes a get of getting used to and you are never made to feel that you are pestering them for advice. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Chris and his team have just finished fitting out a 6m x 4.5m cabin and have done a fantastic job. Very high level finish and service from initial enquiry to post installation information. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Golf Simulator.

A 5 Star review doesn't do this team justice, they are the best at what they do, and the quality, attention to detail, communication, expert knowledge and the fit out ...Just WOW. I never have faith these days that tradesmen will go above and beyond and not take shortcuts, but these lads do not do shortcuts! If you want a golf sim fitted don't go anywhere else.

Chris and his team helped me so much with my sim from soundproofing the back wall and the hitting area so i can stay out late at night always on the phone to help.

My limited outside space and budget meant a smaller than normal sim cabin at 5.3mx4m, essentially just enough room for one person to swing a club and another to stand in the corner! The smaller build meant that Chris had to think ‘outside the box’ to offer solutions on issues such as the soundproofing which, through trial and error was pleasingly resolved. Chris and his team worked to a high standard, courteous and always tidied and cleared away waste before they left. Building Certificates of Compliance on some of the installation works were also provided which gave me additional comfort that the works were robust and done to a high professional standard.

Chris sourced and set up my GC3 simulator. He proactively liaised with his contact at Foresight when a software issue arose on the unit; all working well now!

Chris and his team responded promptly when I needed something sorted or adjusted. The cabin is just over a year old now and I am very pleased with it. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking at a bespoke sim area.

Chris, Liam and Ben installed my Foresight Sports GC Hawk Golf Simulator package and I could not be happier. The 3 of them worked so well together and were a pleasure to have working at my house for a few days.
They know their field of work inside out. I was blown away by their knowledge and passion. They were tidy, polite, professional and very hardworking. It’s clear that they love their work and that shows with an outstanding level of finish.
From the very first call with Chris, I had a good feeling I had made the correct choice to go with Golf Sim Rooms. I was kept up to date with every detail of the plans, no matter how small. I really couldn’t be any happier with my new golf simulator and Chris is always only a phone call away when I have any questions. I would 100% recommend Chris and his team. Perfection from start to finish.

Chris leads operations at GSR and deserves 6 stars for the complete service he provided in both the design and installation of my bespoke golf room. The final result was perfect. I obtained quotes from other sim installation services and it was clear that Chris approached the assignment with greater care and attention to detail than the others by far. It was also clear that he was a genuine expert. The design process was innovative and enabled me to enjoy the build and have input to achieve what I wanted. Additions were made on the way, for example a terrace TV on the outside of the room and internal modifications, at which their was no fuss and no additional costs added. I was impressed by Chris' knowledge and skills that enable him to produce golf rooms of exquisite quality, and more importantly he showed on a number of occasions that he is patient and honest, and cares about his customers. I am also impressed that he has kept in contact with me, and has visited the golf room to ensure all is in order. Last time he visited he added some additional ventilation to the room at no cost, because it needed it. Could not be happier.
