Booked party of 12 last October picked the tee times got confirmation paid the full balance and get email with all arranged tee times changed. Booked the tee times due to travelling over 3 hours to get there And back rubbish communication and service booked with this company a few times but service has gotten really poor
Reply was the same booked this last November and picked my tee time from a choice of loads on the phone they wait till June after everything is sorted to let you know the time have changed why give people a choice of any time which the advisor read out on the phone if they aren’t available. Spent a fortune with this company over 4 years not anymore so poor customer service if I could give 0 review I would

Both hotels & golf courses are very good. Excellent service. Breakfast & dinner too. One day was the wettest & windiest we have ever played in but hey you take your chances with our weather. The whole group said they would return.

All well until we arrived at the course for the final round of the week to find out that the course had a tournament that day and we had not been booked to play.
Fortunately the Pro found another course for us to go to.
