Ordered a golf bag from golf crazy and clicked buy now by mistake instead of the klarna option. I emailed stating this and they told me to reorder the bag using the klarna app and they would refund the first transaction. The bag was shipped to me straight away and the refund was back in my account 2 days later. Great service from these guys.

Bought the new ping g430 3 and 5 woods prior to a break in Portugal. Boy what a hullabaloo that turned out to be. Golf crazy didn't have the 5 wood I ordered. The shaft was the wrong one. As I needed it for my break they done their best to fulfill my order. They duly sent me a shaft from a g440. Little did I know the shaft in question was identical if not a step up from the g430. Hats off they upgraded my order as best they could and hooray it worked. I duly hit a hole in one in albufeera on my first day of 3. What a result. If they didn't make the adjustment to my 5 wood I would never have aced the hole. Hats off golfcrazy your my number one.
