I was worried when i got a withdrawal from goldwin and decided to check some reviews, but they payed out, pretty promptly too,
the verification and payment process together took 2-3 days which is acceptable. Only criticism is the 2000 a week withdrawal limit. Come on goldwin. Other casinos have that number on their daily limits. 4 stars

I'm from the UK, so wasn't told when joining UK had restrictions playing here, when I deposited the site glitched and showed balance was 0.00, so I tried again, unfortunately it took the 2x £20.00 deposits, but actually took £42.40 out of my account, I tried to request it back to my bank card only to find that option not available, so now I have to wait for them to sort it out, live help was useless.

I strongly advise you not to use this website. The FAQ page says the withdrawal will be processed within 1 to 2 days or even faster. However, they don’t process it within that time frame. If you contact customer support they will tell you to contact the finance department and they cannot give you a timeframe! I strongly recommend to use other certified casinos as this one isn’t, at least not in the UK.

So I started playing this new site and I enjoyed it and won some good money. So I made withdrawal and guess what…..I’m still waiting over a week I’ve been verified. Been waiting over a week for my withdrawal after I've received the verified email. Every time I go live chat they say the same thing every time "finance department are doing their best to process as quickly as possible" and then they'll ignore u after that. Very bad casino to join.
