Placed an order 12 days ago, and still no tracking info received

Love the educate first, sell second philosophy of Gold Survival Guide. All of the information they provide is very helpful, particularly for a first time buyer. The only reason for 4 stars, rather than 5, is that the process of buying required getting a quote by email, then emailing back with an acceptance - on not, before the sale is completed. This extra step, rather than just buying straight from the website, might cost them some customers. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Good service during order process....confusion regarding delivery of order and not update regularly (between purchase site and merchant caused order delay over a month. Overall satisfied with eventual delivery and clarity provided after contusion was cleared up. Will use again!

Honestly, I expected more from this. My $6k worth of gold turned up in a shabby old cardboard box, not signed for and simply dumped at my office. I didn't feel as if I was being given advice although I asked for it specifically. I reckon I could have had the exact same experience going direct to the refinery which I will do next time.

Today received delivery of physical silver.
At time of purchase it was stated 12 weeks to deliver.
So it all went well.

Although I have already purchased some gold, I am increasingly enjoying gaining more knowledge about this area of interest/investment. For this reason I am grateful to Gold Survival guide and their emphasis on education. One thing i like about GSG is their oft-repeated reminder that it's not really possible to totally predict what the future holds - I think this is a healthy theme. Looking forward to learning more.
