Ali has been fantastic with my Year 5 son. They share an excellent connection, and each week he's eager for their sessions. His progress in creative writing has been outstanding. If you're looking for someone who is engaging, exciting, and focused on growth, I wholeheartedly suggest Ali. I'm planning to have my daughter start with her when she reaches Year 4 or 5.

I’m so happy with the progress my daughter has made with Ali after only having weekly sessions with her since November. She came home from school on Friday delighted with her latest spag test result of 110/120. She went on to say that at the beginning of the year she was below expected and now she has just reached greater depth - she was so so proud of herself and I was too!

AlI is really an amazing tutor. She helped us when my daughter and me really needed that confidence in creative writing just a week before SET's 2nd stage exam, when it was much needed!
She is a fabulous person, she did what she promised. Ali's creative writing lessons were so useful, (even though they were pre recorded lessons) and helped my daughter a lot. Ali is a truly exceptional teacher. She has done wonders for my son both in terms of his learning getting him from “works by towards” to achieving “greater depth in his SATs. For me alarmist more importantly she has done so much for his confidence. I highly recommend Golden Brain

Ali & her team are simply great. Ali always makes her lessons fun, whether they’re the group lessons or 1:1’s and creates an environment where all the children feel included and comfortable asking questions. My son has definitely become more engaged in learning, especially in English and has benefitted with 1:1 lessons with both Ali and more recently Alan, both have been instrumental in building his confidence.

Ali is amazing with my son who is in Year 5. Ali has got a great relationship with him and he can’t wait for her sessions every week. He has made amazing progress especially with his creative writing. I would highly recommend Ali if you want someone who is fun, exciting and progress driven. My daughter will be joining when she is in year 4/5.

Amazing - Ali is a fantastic English tutor, she really understood my boys and encouraged them and got the best out of them. Ali also has a fantastic team and we have joined some of the group sessions which were great for a bit of extra tuition and to help with revision and giving a bit more confidence.

My son Alex lost his way a little through lockdown, so since September 2021 has been having group remote sessions with Alison, he has thoroughly enjoyed taking part and slowly I have seen his confidence rocket….. he’s now enjoying school and his teachers are very pleased with his progress. My Year 11 son needed some extra help with his GCSE English and Physics, learning good exam techniques and gaining confidence. The team at Golden Brain were exceptional, right from listening and understanding what we were looking for help with, through to both tutors who I have to say were exceptional. After just a couple of sessions my son said he’d learnt more than he ever had. He passed both subjects in his mock exams and is now really confident he’ll pass his GCSEs. I would 100% recommend Golden Brain if you are looking for an exceptional tutoring experience for your child
