I ordered from them for the first time, and the service was excellent. I received my order on time in a discrete package. Also, love the customer service. Will buy from them again. Highly recommended.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, no communication, rude customer service. It has been almost a month since I purchased a $2600 gokart and still has not shipped or have they provided a status on item. Buyers beware.

Sold me a Trailmaster 200e xrx a little…
Sold me a Trailmaster 200e xrx a little less than a year ago and the welds are terrible. Some are rusted and some welds have broke on crucial points such as frame and rollcage! Only used lightly too! Such a scam. Now if you didn't report it in 90 days you are out of luck. They fall apart shortly after, so HOW is one to report something that didnt happen til after the 90 days... Now i have to pay $$$$ to weld the kart.
Very rude
Very rude! Ordered 2 gokarts Total was 4300. They messaged me saying my Total is over they’re allowed card amount. Their limit is 2500. I said ok then can I place two separate order seen as each transaction is under 2500. They said no it will not over ride their process and I can follow the payment policy or go elsewhere! Will not do business with them! This is 2022, I’f your company can’t process orders on a card over 2500 your selling the wrong equipment!
BEWARE UNSAFE GOKART WELDS BROKE
1 1/2 year old trailmaster mid XRX falling apart so many welds have broke I am mind blow these are even being sold! Not hard use either my kids were 8 and 10 yrs old and 5 welds have broke on the frame very poor quality and service very disappointed with gokartsusa would not recommend 2000$++ down the drain they are not to be trusted unsafe for kids
Do Not BUY From Them
Purchased Trailmaster Go-Kart for Christmas (2021) from them for my grandson. The steering shaft nylon bushings will not stay in the steering housing. When they slide out onto the tie rod, they interfere with the steering. The go kart WILL NOT STEER. My grandson ran into a tree. He was not injured, (the only reason I did not sue them).
I called and emailed everyone on their list for customer service. I was told that the sale was final, but to help me, if I wanted a refund there would be a 20% restocking fee, that was more than $200. This conversation took place in January 2022.
I tried to discuss mechanical defect in the Go Kart with them to no avail. They even gave me the manufacture’s number. I called them, talked to a lady in the office. She said they could not help, to call Go Kart USA and talk to them. You know how this run-a-round works.
Stuck with a $1,200 Go Kart that will not steer. Hind-sight, I should have taken the 20% restocking fee and took the loss as a learning lesson.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Trailmasters broke after 6Mnths LIGHT use
Purchased two TM Karts from them and both broke down after 6 months of LIGHT use! UNACCEPTABLE Almost 10,000 dollars wasted

Based on all the negative reviews I suggest we all get together and file a class action lawsuit.
We purchased our buggy $3900 just before winter. It worked well up till winter. Then it sat because we have snow here. Finally took it apart (still less than a year since purchase) and all the rubber for the intake and carburetor are cracked. I didnt even call to complain. I called for upgraded performance parts they sell on the website. It has been 4 weeks since I asked for help. 6 people later, they cant even tell me what motor is in this unit. My kids love the kart, but I will probably have to buy a different motor then custom fabricate the installation. So dumb. I was even returning to give more business.

Ordered part from them received not what was ordered
Ordered assembly from them for gokart. Page description states assembly brake pedal $76. I received metal part worth $7 on ebay. Assembly is multipart assembled component not one part. I thought it was mistake so requested assembly and have been told this is what i ordered and they refuse toke return. Just not been able to return is enough to not buying from them. I guess if you have what you want and there will be some damage you will get in trouble with them so better stay away. there are better places to make business with.
They will respond below with some stupid explanation. Do your job check reviews and judge it yourself. We do not spent our time to write it if we are happy customers. You may be next victim of this scammer
Do business elsewhere
I went out of my to find somewhere to post a review about this company. Perhaps prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by trusting their word. They bait and switched the 300 cc model with the 200 cc model and then proceeded to gaslight me about price, promised a military discount and refused to honor it, promised residential delivery on multiple occasions, despite never intending to follow through, left me hanging with a half ton crate in a distribution center over an hour away. Forced to spend hundreds more in transport fees. After all that, the product is a 1,000lb paper weight. Spent 2 days assembling the utv with directions that are nothing short of laughable, and with all that, the darn thing does not run.

Ordered part (which website said was in stock) on 10/25/21.
Same day received (3) emails saying "in progress", "special order parts" and "Ready to Ship".
On 10/26/21, I get a call saying item backorder with ETA of 11/22/21. Received email confirming 11/22/21.
11/22/21 came & went no communication.
Over 1 month silent - no communication.
Sent website help request for order status after Christmas & no reply.
Called Monday 1/3/22 and spoke to man. He said still no part (remember website said in stock) and decided to tell me that I should more understanding and privileged that they are providing this special part.
He then proceeded to cancel my order.
It never said it was a special part on website when I ordered it - only after when I received update email.
POOR customer service using bait & switch tactics.
You better teach your employees some basic customer service skills.
Don't trust this company - go elsewhere!!!

Poor customer service and a return at their leisure return policy that they charge a restocking fee for. Don’t waste your time here, do your research, check Amazon, or find the part anywhere else but here!!!! For the record I am a certified technician.

Junk product, horrible customer service
We spent over $700 on a battery powered monster truck for our son. The company is called gokartsusa so we stupidly assumed the toy would be of good quality. It is not! It’s made in China and is extremely cheap. The toy arrived to us and has clearly been used. The interior sticker were already peeling and the plastic on the outside was busted in several places. We were just going to let it go because my son was so excited to play with it. However after about 20 minutes of use, the toy stopped moving forward. It would still run in reverse but did nothing in forward mode. We submitted a help ticket and got no response after a week so we called customer service. We were told that we had to take the toy to a mechanic who specifically works on battery powered toys and get the problem diagnosed. Since we have don’t have a mechanic like that around here, we asked if we could just get the relay replaced and were told that we could submit a ticket that may or may not be approved. We asked if we could just return the item and were again told that we could try to submit for a return that may or may not be approved. Overall, the products are junk and customer service is awful.

We have nothing nice to say about GoKarts USA. We had a terrible experience losing over $125. We were told we could return parts (via an email that I have). After I paid shipping to return the parts, our account was credited $30!! Tried and tried to talk to someone about this. Got no where!
Voodoo go kart POS
Bought my son a small voodoo kid go kart.After paying $1450.00 and atleast 4 hours putting this thing together I’m stuck on hooking up the throttle because there’s no throttle mount on the motor.Called to speak with an customer service rep. and got nowhere explaining my problem.The back bumper mount does not line up with holes due to bad welding.The clutch did not come with a mounting bolt.After spending a total of 16-$1700.00 after purchasing motor from harbor freight this thing is China made junk.Could have purchased a nice used local name brand 4 wheeler for my kid.Buyers beware!Oh yeah I have been around go karts all my life and know how to maintenance them.No instructions booklet nor online only for the adult go kart which is totally different from the kids voodoo.
