I've ordered some kpop figures that was advertised on FB they have take. My money but ive had no confirmation when these will arrive r nothing im trying to get ny bank to refund me the money back these were menna be a Christmas present for my daughter

Do not order!!
Ordered what was supposed to be dolls for a child, no order confirmation, no communication nothing. I then emailed them to cancel the order & someone EVENTUALLY replied to state I was refunded, that was also not true, SCAM

This company just takes your money and not send the goods. Obviously your bank can get your money back but just a time wasting company.

Horrible horrible company, no communication at all. I am waiting my smart watch from July. More than 2 months and still not arrived.
They don’t deserve any star.

I made an order pay pal inserted my old address and was unable to change. Have emailed every day for over a week, not even had an auto response etc. very poor customer service

Terrible wanted a refund one hour after purchase as I mis ordered No reply ,item arrived and as I suspected was not what I wanted No address to return and now not answering emails Utter tripe

Don’t buy from these they will not answer emails and have hidden costs for there smart watch I wish I had read the reviews before buying 😩

Order a product 29th August,said ot was coming not arrived 9th of October despite 6 emails absolutely no respi se ...a total scam

Stay away from this scam .. they don’t answer emails , they don’t deliver anything that you order..Please close this company down by not ordering anything from them..SCAM

Do not buy anything from this company ! They are not uk based and are a rip off. My bank had to investigate and get my money back as they are a scam site. The website looks gen and well made but they just take your money and you’ll never receive anything. The emails you’ll get in reply will be telling you dispatch dates from couriers that don’t even exist.

Wished I read review before dealing with them. Ordered smart watch that never arrived. Thy promised they were going to make a refund and I kept getting deductions via klarna. No I can't get any reply from them to sort it out. Terrible

I ordered my watch on 20th September and still waiting? It is very difficult to track the item as well, very stressful indeed. Don’t think I will repeat this experience.

I wish I'd read the reviews, what an awful company to deal with, ordered on 23 August, 4 weeks later got a small part of my order but the email says order complete, emailed the company got a feeble excuse still nothing, emailed again a week later, nothing

Absolutely scared for £45.

Order shows tracking then stops. Been stuck at Heathrow for 10 days, contacted got an email, then all emails disappeared. No replies now.

Scammers.

They are scammers. Sent me notifications about delivery and a tracking number, even email delivery confirmation but never received the parcel.
