As a driver, I found the overall experience with this platform extremely disappointing. There was very little communication or engagement from customers after they posted a job, and despite being active on the platform for several months, I only managed to get one job.

I also work with another pet transportation platform, where I’ve had many successful bookings and consistently maintained a 5-star rating, so I know there is demand for reliable drivers.

Unfortunately, I felt that the platform was much more focused on protecting the customer than supporting and protecting its drivers, both financially and in terms of safety. Customer service was also slow and not particularly helpful when issues came up.

After giving it a fair amount of time, I decided to cancel my account. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform to other drivers.

As a driver, there is very little engagement from clients after they post a job. I landed one job from their site in the MANY months I was there (I also drive for another platform and i have had MANY successful jobs via said platform & i am a 5 star driver.) They definitely value the clients safety more than the drivers safety, both physical & financial. I would not recommend driving for this platform and I have canceled my account. The customer service is also lackluster.

The driving team of Patrial & Barbie were over the top. The cared for my pup like it was their own. I highly recommend them as a team for your pet transport. Using GoGoPet's APP was easy too.

They kept me updated the whole way and treated my cat like family. Very professional and reliable.

Wasnt sure at first but everything went fine. Support was good no stress and our puppy arrived happy. Glad we did it this way.
