I arrived the same day I ordered it.
Battery life is good, it had the advertised 32G RAM.
It claimed Windows 11, but arrived with Windows 7 - but my plan was always to put Linux on it so no big deal.
I don't think it has the fingerprint reader - an option on this model.

Nastassja immediately made arrangements to resolve the situation. I TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND THE COMPANY, any day and any time.
