This company does not deliver on its promises. It also does not care about providing quality customer service and actively solve problems. I will make sure to never order from this company again

I have tried to get a refund from this company and they will not answer back.

June 22, 2024 - I've worked through Front Row Agency, finding assignments via the Gipspot app. I worked mainly at Costco stores. Based on my own expertise and merit, I succeeded often exceeding sales expectations. I was sought after by Costco staff, being extended for many months. I was offered permanent employment with CDS frequently.

Front Row was just a middleman ciphering off of my talents. They did not seem to be appreciative, responsive or organized. They would approve me for assignments that were rejected once I arrived at the store.

Today, I arrived at a Target store. I drove 22 miles and no one at Target expected me. Front Row asked that I wait there for almost an hour to be "refused". Then I would get half pay. I couldn't locate a manager to assign me work, and surely wouldn't find one to sign the required refusal form. I left the store frustrated having to drive another 22 miles all for nothing. Ester who has previously been hugely non responsive gave no apology. ... It was just "my little red wagon", my problem.

In the past, I was refused assignments at Costco after they were approved by Front Row and driving for miles to the location.

I found this company unorganized, unappreciative, and strongly lacking in employee support. They were this way often without explanation or apology. I am pissed now, after having driven so far for nothing, not to mention the preparation and me following their meticulous instructions.

Be sure that you are aware of the ability of this unit to accept/ pair with any other device. I assumed incorrectly that I could always use the tower as a speaker or add my own microphone etc. ONLY this company's components work with it and they are very expensive. Even though I replaced several headsets, perhaps due to the other electronics in my building, I never got a clean sound. Be aware of all options before you commit. With other systems, I would not have $200-$300 of expenses each time I developed an issue. With the technology today, why is there no adapter etc. to allow other connections? Seems unnecessarily controlled. It was not clear to me how limited my choices would be with this purchase. I was not able to get my value of use out of it.

Company is not the easiest to deal with here in AUS, did send a few emails and made several calls but always had to follow up, with the great products they have the service should be the same but it's not.

We like the FrontRow products but our only problem is that in dealing with our local reseller, the costs they quote as "manufacturer" are often higher than what's quoted directly on the FrontRow site. We know they must be making money with the markup but be up front about it!

Excellent products for classroom sound. System connects to the computer system and student personal FM system. Our latest purchase will equip my school with a system in each room!

Our teachers have raved about the FrontRow system and how much it has enhanced their delivery and quality of listening from their students.

Great product. Helps me be a better teacher.

We had high expectations since the product seems great, but the implementation was poor and the follow up was worse.

We do not have issues with Front Row. We think it is a great product.
it's the re-seller we've struggled with and issues with the install that have not been resolved in the 7th month after install.

I love the clear crisp sound even when my voice is compromised with a cold :)

I like how easy it to use in the classroom. I do not like how the speaker appears to be affected by other wireless interference or the IR signal can be interfered by outside light sources.

Using the EzRoom system and microphones in class gives me more energy at the end of the day and keeps the class attentive. I use the Frontrow Teacher microphone every day!

We are extremely happy with this product.

FrontRow have been very quick to answer queries and the soundfields have been welcomed by the teachers that use them.

I have been fortunate to have used two models of FrontRow. I couldn't teach without it. I saves my voice and more importantly all kids are able to hear me. FrontRow speaker systems are a must have for any classroom, especially a large one.

As a school that now has three FrontRow- ToGo System speakers, we are very pleased with these products. We use them on a daily basis in our lunchrooms or for other events that we need the use of a speaker. This product has many great features, it is lightweight, durable, portable, aux cord attachment capabilities and has the ability to project across a large area while still providing a clear, crisp sound. With the system we purchased it came with one handheld mic and a mic that can be warn for a hands free experience, but we added a second hand held mic out of preference. When ordering these speakers the customer service reps were great making sure we ordered everything we needed. Great company to work with and has great products!
