Shocking company
Shocking company, a lot of drops on the internet Engineer couldn’t fit the cable correctly i lost internet on the Thursday afternoon and they cant send someone out till the next Wednesday as a Urgent assessment they don’t have a clue on how to run a company very small and they dont work weekends do not buy from these people!!

Game Changer
We moved from Edinburgh to the Borders and I decided to take my current provider with me until their contract expired, but couldnt work from home as I kept disconnecting from meetings I was hosting, screen freezing while presenting. Pretty much unusable.So contacted Gofibre on a tuesday and got installed on the same week friday!
The engineer was kind, effective and had me up and running in no time. Working from home now with no issues whatsoever, so far I havent had any issues and am very happy

The switching process was straightforward and seamless. The engineer who came to make the new connection was on time friendly and efficient and caused minimal disruption. He provided information about the new connection related to download speed etc.
