I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Godli.

My August subscription box was not a new box. It was essentially a combination of repeat items from a previous box along with a few items from the box currently pictured on their website. That was especially frustrating because I’m paying for a subscription expecting each box to be a new curated experience, not a mix of recycled items.

This also is not the first time I’ve had an issue with what was advertised versus what I received. With the previous Fruit of the Spirit box, several of the items I received were different from what was shown online. After a lot of emailing back and forth, they eventually did send the correct products, so I was hopeful this most recent issue could be resolved as well.

Unfortunately, I’ve now reached out multiple times about the August box and have not received a response or resolution.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the subscription is currently advertised on their website for $49/month, while I am paying $89 for my subscription. At that price, I absolutely expected the boxes to match what is being advertised and not contain repeat items from previous shipments.

I really wanted to love this subscription, and I do like many of the products, but the inconsistency between what is advertised and what is actually sent, combined with the lack of customer service this time around, has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered the Godli box and everything was so intentional. My children were engaged & into the lessons. 10/10 would recommend to families wanting to being Christ into little moments with their littles!

I am a mom that’s always looking for fun, interactive ways to learn with my two toddlers and teach them more about Jesus. They love the little figurines, books and fruit puzzle. I do wish there was more of a lesson to it, but overall it is very cute and simple!

We have absolutely loved the Godli Board Book Learning Kit! As a mom, I'm always looking for meaningful ways to introduce faith to my little ones in a way they can actually understand, and these books have been perfect. The board books are sturdy, beautifully illustrated, and written at a level that's engaging for toddlers.

I especially appreciate how the lessons are simple, age-appropriate, and encourage conversations about God during our everyday routines. The quality of the books and activities is excellent, and it's clear that a lot of thought went into creating a product that's both educational and fun. If you're looking for a faith-based learning resource for your toddler, I would definitely recommend giving Godli a try!

I am extremely impressed with this product! It is high-quality and I love that I am teaching my grandkids, Godly values simply by playing with them. This is a fabulous fabulous product, and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to incorporate, teaching moments along with play with their kids or grandkids!

I ordered a Godli box to try it with my littles and received 3 board books, figures, a plush ball, and coloring book. The quality of the items inside were great, the books were cute and colorful, and overall my kids enjoyed it. Communication is slow, but overall good experience.

My kids have really enjoyed this! It’s been great to continue the love of learning about faith and beyond through play! The quality is great and colors are so bright and vibrant!

Our toddler LOVED everything in the box. What a fun way to teach these kiddos about Jesus! We’ve used it everyday since it arrived.

I have an almost 2 year old, who has really taken to the books and has started to take to heart the principals as we read. It’s fun to get the package, quite creative and excited to see what comes next. The figurines were good quality and the small toys intentional for short age-appropriate lessons.

I believe this company is fraudulent. I ordered a box almost 4 weeks ago. It never has shipped and when I try to contact the company which I have tried over 15 times, no one ever returns my calls, texts or emails. Only one time did they reply to an email saying “we will reply in a few hours”, then never heard from them again.

I think this is a decent product to try for Christian parents to gift to their children. The books are easily digestible to read to the children and help them understand who God is.

The products are of a good quality and appropriate for the age they are intended. The parent suggestions for use are insightful in that they don’t overdo. They meet the young child where they are. The ordering process was simple and quick.

My daughter loves the stickers and lamb from her first box. She also enjoyed stacking the stones and playing with the wooden figures.
Looking forward to her next box.

My son absolutely loves his first box. He has found to ways to build, the puzzle is more sturdy than any puzzle he has, and he even enjoys the activity book as well.

The quality of the stuff is very well made. the puzzle pieces were actually etched wood and not paper over a piece of wood. I wish it was more interactive for a 2-3 year old but overall i was impressed with the quality

Update:
Package FINALLY arrived despite the numerous confusing emails i was getting indicating the order had shipped (with a tracking number attached that did not work), and emails indicating the shipment did not ship due to waiting on credit card company to approve (the charge went through to my credit card when I placed the order). The back-and-forth emails made me think this was a scam as well as reading some other online reviews, saying that it was a scam. The company is not timely in responding to emails sent, and when they do, the question has not been answered, except that your order is on the way, and then I get another email saying it is not on the way. If you guys are going to stay in business, you need to get your shipping department tuned up. I still cannot recommend this company due to the reasons listed above.
Ordered an Easter activity box for my grandson. To date it has not arrived. Only today-April 9 2026- when I contacted them to inquire about the order and why I haven’t received the package or tracking information of any sort, is when they generated a UPS tracking number and email it to me. I have contacted my credit card company to reverse charges. I feel the emails were stalling and never providing sufficient information about order status. In fact, I don’t recall an order number being given. I feel this may be a scam. Beware.

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED

I would have given it zero stars if I could. I ordered a year subscription for my grandson on 02/04/26. They took my year subscription $$$. But my grandson has not received it yet. I did screw up the zipcode and have reached out by phone and text per their instructions, leaving messages on both three times each to irradicate that. No one has reached out to me. Ive threatened in last message to report them to the credit card company they took my money from. And will be doing that rightly.

Bought one for my son and he absolutely loves the toys!!! I'm over the moon with my purchase and I definitely recommend Godli to any Christian Mom looking to introduce God into their childs life :)
