So In September 2025, I decided to order a 3 month subscription from this website. In October 2025, I reached out to them as I didn't get any further communication as to when my subscription box for October 2025 was going to go out. Suffice it to say I found that suspicious and I took this up with my bank. As this act was done, I got a weird email from them with a fabricated attachment, claiming they emailed me as to when my subscription box was going out of which I called BS on as I would've most likely received said email indicating as such. So, I got my bank involved as of 12/25 they still could've done the right thing. (Minor update as of 4/8/26) Pretty much I'm still in the same situation after these people have been trying to duck and dodge for many months for a 3-month subscription box I ordered on 9/25. So, for Feb 2026 and March 2026 after much harassment, finally got 2 out of 3 boxes that I paid for in Sept. 2025. Shouldn't have to harass people that much to get something you paid for in the end after waiting for many months to receive it. So as of late, still waiting on subscription box no.3 of which I hope to 'finally' get and I don't have to deal with these people anymore. In the end, still wouldn't recommend this website as they seem intent on trying to scam people; by taking your money and not delivering the products you bought in return. So, just want to get my 3rd box and get this done. FYI everyone, don't deal with these people.

I ordered my daughter an item for Christmas and I never got a notice of shipping after 2 weeks, I reached out.

They asked if I wanted a refund, with a few days left before Christmas, I said yes thinking I could find a replacement item.
I paid them in full with one funding source.. they sent me $13 of the $23 I spent back, and “claimed” to send me $10 “shop cash” .. they are liars! I never received the $10 “shop cash” whatever that means!
It’s theft!

I feel completely ripped off.

The one item that we did receive was not at all what we expected. It was a lot smaller.
They are misrepresenting the garbage they are selling as quality products! It’s gross!

Do not buy from them, it’s a ripoff!

When I ordered some boxes I was overcharged and I didn’t get my “free gift” I was charged for it $55, didn’t get a receipt or an email of any kind, feeling ripped off, not to mention when something goes awry like this you can’t get through because theyhave no phone number for customer support

I ordered a Tarot deck more than a week ago and it hasn't shipped yet. Tried to contact their customer service and they replied vaguely with: "Sorry for the delay, the problem is on USPS." But they haven't provided any solution.

USPS says that the product wasn't even handed to them. The lack of communication and responsibility is SHOCKING.

In their website, they state that orders take maximum 1 week to be delivered and mine hasn't even been shipped and it's been 8 days.
