On 9/19/2025, we purchased 4 VIP tickets for a performance at the iconic Sydney Opera House on 1/ 27/2026 from GoComGo online.

As instructed, we took the 12/20/2025 confirmation email and the buyer's passport to the box office 1 hour before the show. So far so good. We were in Australia at the Sydney Opera House. We had seat numbers. We were excited.

But, the box office declared the tickets to be invalid. The tickets were resold for more than 110% of the original supply cost which violated the Australia Fair Trading Act of 1987. Before leaving the box office, I had the supervisor give me a letter outlining the reasons the tickets weren't accepted. Dejected at being scammed, we went back to our hotel.

As quickly as Lillian W., the Ticketing Duty Supervisor produced a 1-page letter detailing why the GoComGo tickets were invalid, our group was certain that she had the template on her computer, filled in our name and the show specific information, and hit print.

When we returned home, I immediately sent GoComGo an email and attached Lillian's letter.

GoComCo apologized. After escalating our issue to a manager, we were promised a complete refund on 1/30/26. On 2/14/26, having not received a refund, I emailed them again. Their reply said to allow 14-30 business days. 30 business days passed and still no refund so on 3/23/2026, I filed a formal dispute with our credit card company.

The dispute was resolved on 4/2/2026. Our account was credited for the ticket cost ($604) and the foreign transaction fee ($18.12).

Use this company at your own risk. If your tickets aren't accepted, get it in writing.

We really wanted to see a performance at the legendary Sydney Opera House and planned well in advance. Getting our money back helps but we'll probably never go back to Australia so sadly, that bucket-list item will remain on the bucket-list.

We booked tickets for Swan Lake at Teatro Colona in Buenos Aires, two weeks before the event we received an email to say they were trying hard to get our tickets, this was a shock as we thought they were confirmed. We then read the reviews and thought we'd been scammed, we emailed them a few times and they said they were doing their best to secure our tickets and if they failed they'd refund us. We were very surprised when we received the tickets and we got to see the ballet. We are the lucky ones, their service was actually quite good and they were very responsive, however I'd never use them again as they are not transparent on their website and because so many people have not been as fortunate as us!

He comprado entradas para la ópera en Budapest y no me han enviado las entradas. Faltan 48 horas para el evento y no responden a mis reclamaciones. Ojo con este portal.

GoComGo is a fraudulent website. Do not use this site to book anything. It may look legitimate, but this is just flash to get your payment information. I booked tickets from them for Astor, at Teatro Colon in Buenos Ares, weeks in advance. This was to be a birthday gift for my wife. They sent me an email confirming my order and promising tickets before the event. The day of the event they sent me another email with two false statements. One that there were no tickets for the event, and two that they would refund my money. I went to the box office, just an hour before the show, bought great seats for the show that were $150 less than what the site sold me their fictional tickets. The customer service said they would refund the money in 14 to 30 days, already outrageous, but here it is 30 days later and their customer service is no longer responding to my emails. This site is the worst of the worst, in not only do they take your money but they have no intention of providing product. I will continue to try to get this fraudulent website banned from search engines, but until these criminals are removed from the web, just beware.

Sept 2025 got 3 tickets for the Sydney Opera today Mar 3rd 2026, received seat numbers and instructed to retrieve tickets at the box office.
Today was our only night in Sydney as we are in a cruise.
At the box office we were informed that tickets sold by gocomgo were not being honored as they breached some Australian trading rules. So after buying the tickets 6 months ago, we were denied out tickets and could not watch the show. We were not the only ones on the same situation! This requires the police to take actions!

Cuando las pague ya no tenía vuelta atrás y me puse a indagar y la gente se quejaba mucho. Yo no he tenido ningún problema . Cuando pasó una semana de haberlas pagado y pensando que ya había perdido el dinero me llegaron las dos entradas por guasap y por correo electrónico. Y no tuve problemas en ver la obra . Una cosa que decir. Las entradas que yo pedí eran vip y valen en la página de Paris 200€ cada una . Yo pagué 290 € por cada una . Eso si, estuve en primera fila centrada . Entiendo que tienen que ganar su comisión . Es lo que hay!!! Pero yo fui a la ópera . Muy contento

I purchased two tickets for an opera performance in Budapest through this website. The payment was taken immediately and I received only an order confirmation, but the actual tickets were not sent even a few days before the event. Customer support did not respond to my emails, and the delivery time for the tickets was not clearly stated at the time of purchase.

The company describes itself as a “booking service” rather than a ticket seller, which makes it difficult to hold them accountable. Prices are significantly higher than official sources, while there is no clear guarantee that the tickets will be delivered on time.

This was a very stressful experience, especially with the event date approaching and no tickets received. I would not recommend using this service for time-sensitive events. In the future, I will only buy tickets from official sellers.

Tried to sell me tickets for seats that did not exist (in a fictitious part of a venue) at a huge mark up on genuine seats that were already sold out. Scam written all over it so do what I did and avoid like the plague.

Don't use this site!!!! They promised me a refund which I did't get. WARNING!

I have booked and paid 400 usd for 2 tickets in Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires. I paid 18.01.2026 and received tickets on the day of the performance 8.2.2026. I was not sure, that I will receive the tickets, but I finally did.

Purchase ticket for opera in Paris , concert was cancelled, e mail x 5 , since September not able to get $ back /Scam !!!!!

I have purchased a service, (It was claimed to be a ticket reservation for opera at Colón Buenos Aires) , ticket never received, the reservation as checked by theatre, never made, and since November 2025 Iam trying to get my money back. For me they are not trustful at all.

Habe für eine ausgebuchte Oper am Silvesterabend in Oslo Anfang Dezember bei GoComGoTickets gekauft. Die Tickets kamen zwar erst 3 Tage vor der Veranstaltung per E-Mail an, aber es hat vor Ort alles reibungslos geklappt. Von daher vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis, was ohne diesen Service nicht möglich gewesen wäre.

This company is based in Minsk, Belarus. It is a scam. They overcharge for tickets. They don't sell you tickets. They say that they will try to find you tickets and refund you if they don't find. However, when you ask for a refund, it never comes. I had to cancel it through my credit card company

bought 2 tickets for an opera at sydney opera house and i got an e mail to collect the tickets from the box office.after contacting the sydney opera house found that the tickets are invalid. now even the gocomego site won't reply for the emails.dont buy any event tickets from them. its a scam

They sold me tickets to a show that didn't exist. They emailed me telling me the show was sold out and offered different dates or a refund. They were at first responsive and assured me the refund was issued. They claimed it would take 15-30 business days to appear on my credit card. After 5 weeks of no refund and unanswered communication I reported it as fraud. Never received the refund and they stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy, they are a scam.

They didn't send any tickets and they didn't reimburse us! Such a scam! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Jeg købte2 billetter til Operaen I Palermo med forstilling d.1 oktober. Jeg betalte 1300 kr med det samme
Dagen efter fik jeg en mail som ikke var billetter!
De skrev jeg ville modtage biletterne 14 dage før forestillingen.
Jeg blev skeptisk og skrev til dem og bad om at få pengene retur.
De svarede dagen efter at det kunne jeg ikke få.
Jeg svarede så at jeg gerne ville have mine billetter straks, da jeg havde betalt for dem og at det er almindeligt !
Dagen efter fik jeg billetterne.
Jeg var i tvivl om om de var ægte, men det har Operaen I Palermo verificeret.
Jeg har vist været heldig !

I bought a ticket to go to the Cantonese Opera. I then received a email that the event was cancelled. I still await to receive a refund of my the money that I paid. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR THEIR FAKE EVENTS!!
