Go Carpathian Anmeldelser

While I didn't hire through them directly, Go Carpathian found one of the best co-workers I've ever had. I've been extremely impressed at his willingness to learn, his dedication to the job, and his problem-solving grit. Huge bonus: his English is perfect. Would definitely look to hire through GC if I was running my own business.

Unlike most recruiters who just send spam messages, he actually took time to understand my background. The whole process was super easy and before I knew it, I had a job offer from Risely!

Filip kept me in the loop the entire time and gave me some really helpful tips before my interviews. Been working at Risely full-time now and couldn't be happier with how things turned out.

If you're job hunting, definitely give these guys a shot. No fees for candidates and they actually care about finding you a good match. Five stars from me!

Djurdja reached out to me for a role that couldn’t have been more of a perfect match! Throughout the process, her communication was flawless and she always assisted me when I had questions! She really knows how to align talent to the job spec! Highly recommend working with her!

Thank you so much to Dru

I've used several different hiring agencies in the past, GoCarpathian has easily been the best. Inside of 72 hours of kicking off, I had 4 interviews with candidates that were more than qualified my role. Offered less than a week after kicking off, you can't ask for anything better than that.

Many of our best hires are from Go Carpathian. Great talent and great team.

Go Carpathian has been an amazing experience! Their process was seamless, and the entirety of their team was excellent. I can't wait to work with them again in the future!

Go Carpathian makes the whole hiring process easy and efficient. Speaking as a candidate that went through the GC process, the interviews were great, they made me feel comfortable and valued.

Nathan and his team have been excellent partners with helping me expand into international markets. They’ve been very supportive and professional throughout and would highly recommend their services.

Our internal team has worked with various virtual assistant providers over the years, but Go Carpathian consistently delivers top-tier talent—quickly and at unbeatable market pricing. We evaluated several other companies and have no regrets choosing them. We were initially introduced through a trusted recommendation, and it's clear that word-of-mouth speaks volumes about their quality. I highly recommend Go Carpathian for anyone looking to elevate their team's performance.

A special thank you to Tim and Djurdja for their exceptional support during onboarding. They were informative, precise, and always available to assist. I highly recommend Go Carpathian to anyone looking for a reliable and results-driven recruiting agency.

My first time paying a company to search for someone on my team and they were great to work with. I actually hired the first person I interviewed because they were such a great fit. After one month of onboarding, I have not regretted my decision. I highly recommend GoCarpathian!

I have worked with GoCarpathian for several years and we have had excellent results. They have great customer service and really seem to care about getting us high quality and reliable staff. Used Go Carpathian for the first time last year and ended up making one of the best hires in my business. Seamless onboarding process, communicative team, and you can tell they really care about getting the right candidate. They provide a high-level summary for each top candidate and why they could be a good fit which is really helpful when there's a million other priorities

I worked directly for Go Carpathian and Go Carpathian clients. I love the flexibility and support they offer.

I honestly love working with Go Carpathian. I feel like I have found some people that care not only about delivering to their clients but about the candidates/contractors as well. Whenever I had a suggestion of improvement they listened and made it happen. They do not like dragging things along just for the sake of it.

They're the real deal - super professional but also really down-to-earth.
Although I didn't get the first job I went for, the next opportunity they found for me was even better. I landed my dream job thanks to them!
What's awesome about GoCarpathian is they don't just drop you after you get a job. They stay in contact, which shows they genuinely care. They hold these get-togethers which are not only fun but also great for networking.
