They advertised and accepted an order of 6 × 900gms Loose black tea and send me 6×450 gms boxes . The only way to contact them was email and its 5 days I haven't received any response. it seems they are on web to loot
I had a very poor experience with Buzzaar. I ordered Britannia Bourbon biscuits based on the product shown on their website, but received a different version manufactured in Oman. I contacted customer service requesting a return and refund.
After significant delays in responding, Buzzaar finally confirmed in writing on August 28 that they would send me a prepaid return label and provide a full refund once the product was returned.
The return label never arrived. I followed up again and waited another nine days without receiving any response.
I have repeatedly told them that I am ready to return the unopened product. I simply need the prepaid return label they already promised.
Extremely disappointing customer service. A straightforward return has turned into weeks of emails, delays, and unanswered follow-ups. I would not recommend ordering from Buzzaar based on my experience.
Really convenient service for shopping across different markets. The ordering steps were easy to follow and everything was handled professionally throughout the process.
Website says 2-4 business days for delivery. It’s been nearly a week and the order still has not shipped. After complaining the first time, I was sent a tracking number, but the carrier still hasn’t received the package.
Avoid!

We promise 2-3 days for packing and 3-4 business days for Shipping. We got your order on Aug 2 and was delivered on Aug 10., which is within the committment we have. Nevertheless, we do regret any inconvenience caused.

They are fake. Please don't buy anything. Ordered the item and still shows processing. They will never respond.
I ordered Bavaria. Never received anything. Emailed twice without response. Been 2 weeks. Avoid at all cost, scam.
I purchased 11 boxes of Gogo Pan Masala (24-pack, Rs.10 packets). However, what I received was 5 boxes of 48-pack (Rs.5 packets), plus 24 loose Rs.5 packets.
Although the total number of packets (264) matches the expected count, each Rs.5 packet is half the size and value of the Rs.10 packet that I ordered. This means the shipment contains only half the total quantity of product that was paid for.
I should have received 11 boxes of the larger Rs.10 (24-pack) version, but only received the equivalent of 5.5 boxes in total.
When contacted to resolve, they would not admit their mistake and would not send me the other half of the shipment. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Never use them or their affiliated websites (South Asian Central or 1World Marketplace).
