Great service , items well packaged

Really good, nifty place with friendly staff. Service was spot on. Easy location to get to. A well thought out experience when collecting my PS5 especially with handling the Coronavirus situation. I will be back to continue supporting the business.

I bought a Nintendo switch online. Came the very next day!!! Excellent communication, packaged with care and one very happy customer! :D

Great service from gobsmackcomics fast delivery well packed and great to buy from will buy from again.

Friendly and personal service from a local business who genuinely knows their stuff and provides great customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

I was a little worried going to a small provider that I wouldn't get a genuine working UK product.
Why?
The game was genuine and promptly delivered - I now have a new supplier to use.

Excellent service from start to finish, Very fast dispatch and delivery. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Very helpful, gave impartial advice allowing me to buy the best option for my family. Will definitely shop there again.

Delivery was much quicker than anticipated and the items were well packed. Nothing at all to complain about and a great service overall.

Brilliant little gem of a shop in horsham. Thank you again for getting me my ps5. Great job!

I have to admit this is the first time I’ve used Gobsmack Comics I don’t tend to shop other than online so never really knew about it, now I do this’ll be my go to for games!

I preordered a PS5 from Gobsmack the transaction was so smooth especially considering the mass demand across all shops and the fact we’re in a lockdown, what a delight it was, Drew the owner was very professional through the entire preordering process and kept all receipts upon collection.

I have another PS5 on pre-order as they’ve definitely won my business.

My advice to anyone reading these reviews or considering this place even if you’re just passing in town this shop has loads of cool stuff to buy and is very unique and fun in its own right check it out for yourselves.

Thanks again Drew 10/10.

Grate shop. Nice guy

Always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Great shop full of little gems. Drew and his team are super friendly and welcoming and I will be going back here often.

Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Kept me informed of the ordering process of PlayStation 5, very polite and helpful.

Great item,fast shipping, great seller.

Hands down the best independent shop in Horsham, the owner, Drew, is incredibly helpful and despite lockdown has managed to still provide excellent service, most recently by personally delivering my PS5 on launch day as his store was temporarily closed, if you're interested in anything geeky, comics, games, or movie related merchandise there's a good chance he can get it or at least provide great advice, definitely check the store out, you won't be disappointed
