Quick Customer Support
Had some questions about cleaning and storing my water filter system. Especially the UV filter. Got a response to my question the very next morning which addressed all my concerns.

Failed Blu off-grid filters
I've been using Blu off-grid filters my RV euro any issues until recently. I encountered water that has heavy metals and these filters clogged the and the water bypassed them within an hour.
The unpleasant smell and tainted water was very unpleasant.

We made a great decision!
We purchased our Blu Technology water filters and softner at the Rock Springs Tiffin rally in June. After connecting (which is so simple with the connections already on the devices) we have experienced a high difference in the water taste and softness. My wife never drank the water from our RV tap because of the taste, but she does now. We are used to soft water in our home, and now we have it in our coach. Definitely a game changer for us! We would highly recommend it to our fellow RVers, and have!

My softener had some minor damage during shipping. Despite the damage being minor BluTech offered to replace it and provided free shipping to return the damaged product. The build quality is evident and they stand behind their products. I am confident that the filter and softener will perform well and last for years.

Quality products
Quality products , I purchased the AR3 XLT filtration system and the CHI Tank for heavy iron. The system eliminates chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, and very stubborn iron. Before CHI Tank the water in the tub, sink would have a dark iron stains. After Blu Tech filtration system the water has absolutely no iron stains at all and no sulfur odor at all.
