This website and company are a total scam. All the so-called positive reviews are fake and misleading.

We made a purchase, but never received the bike. Instead, they took our money and personal information. After realizing the fraud, we reported the case to the authorities. The bank has activated its fraud investigation team.
With the help of friend cybersecurity specialist, we were able to trace the scam back to an individual operating from Morocco, specifically in the Rabat or Salé region. We work to identified the person behind it and obtained their name and photo.

Son unos ladrones, compro una bicicleta por transferencia, según les llega el dinero no me responden y nunca me llega la bicicleta.

Pire boutique ce sont des arnaqueurs au début ça répond vite à vos questions puis une fois que vous avez régler ça devient des fantômes par d’information sur l’expédition et aucune réponse aux message

Me robaron, pague 1700 por 5 bicicletas electricas de diferentes precios para mi tienda de alquiler de vehiculos, no entregaron nada, a los 2 dias ya no respondieron ni po whatsupp ni por email. Ladrones.

Unfortunately, i don't have any information about my order. I payed the bill already. They don't answer.

I am afraid I didn't get anything for what I payed for.
I paid for an e-bike purchase, that never arrived.
The company (seller) never to responded to my delivery update requests.
The company with which I bank with, haven't as yet managed to get back my money. It's a sting in the tail
from my prospective about e-commerce. Most products are made somewhere else and not in the country in which you live. People are having to spend the hard earnt dollar, euro and the pound, overseas. The worst fact is loosing the money on scams.
Be aware!

This site seems a scam and these are fake positive reviews all the positive ones only done one review total and the negative ones more i think Trustpilot should look into this. The whole thing looks and feels fishy no reviews on aliexpress i would watch out ordering here

I've just received my second E-bike (Talaria MX5) , and once again , the quality is excellent.
I'm honestly puzzled by the negative reviews, are those even real? My experience has been nothing but excellent.
Big thanks to Peter for his helpful advice and support. I highly recommend Gnope.

How on earth can trust pilot give this company such a glowing positive review when it is very clear 41% of the reviewers state categorically the company took their money and delivered nothing?
Pft...

Mi hanno truffato il 31 maggio ho fatto l'ordine e la bici elettrica da 155 euro l'ho pagato con il codice IBAN sulla mia carta con il suo codice IBAN lui disse che aveva spedito invece è falso il tracciamento non risulta la consegna non risulta e ci sta scritto solo elaborazione di lavorazione e non mi hai spedito più si prega di se non riceverò le mie email mi deve dare il rimborso a loro hanno fatto i servizi opera bene subito ha ricevuto la consegna e invece io un mese e mezzo non ho avuto un cavolo

I paid for an e-bike after a few promising emails with Hannah, the support admin.
They stopped communicating after the payment, and I still have not heard back after 10+ emails.
It's a scam, I lost money!!!!
