Left on hold for ages then after…
Left on hold for ages then after explaining everything to one teller they say they will need to put you through to someone else and again your left waiting ages onmy to repeat yourself. Changed insurance over two weeks again and still wait for the disc to be posted and my refund issued. Rang twice about it ablreasyto be told both will be issued today... which it hasn't been

The phone or vr system needs serious…
The phone or vr system needs serious work. Called twice and went through correct numbers to get me to an advisor at 4.40 in the evening and both attempts were hung up after 10 minutes wait time for each. It was like no one wanted to answer the call as it was so close to 5. Was left sitting outside car dealership with having to stay with the loan car, and not take my own car home. Shannon advised me this morning that they open till 5.30 but when you're hung up on twice after 20 minutes of calling and waiting, you do not want to bother any further. No point been an insurance company thats connected to loads of other insurance companies if you cannot answer your own phone to assist your own customers.

No consistency with quotations
No consistency with quotations
On 9th August I was quote Euro 457.61 for home insurance via the Company's website.
Two subsequent emails asking on how to proceed as no links were provided, ignored and unanswered.
Today, I was told that the figure quoted " was only a rough estimate " and the best quotation would be just under E 590 !
What a shamble - the Company profess to obtaining the best quotes for their customers !
Needless to say, I did not nor will not pursue insurance purchases from this outfit.

Beware of small print on page 2 maximum…
Beware of small print on page 2 maximum broker fee charge of €400
Deplorable communication and beware of their loan shark premium credit. They charge 10% interest.
Won’t ever deal with them again.
