1. False allegation that someone downloaded your pdf this says no morale or ethics in business. OR you think the world is scam except you. This doesn't makes you a good business.

2. Free chrome extension have those so called wizard report sort of data so no value there

3. Overpriced product as those kind of details or report free tools are there.

SAAS works on feedback basis so dont try to be ruler, You made a tool listen to people around and what user says.

Dont just focus on that 9.99 USD you were able to have a yearly renewal but you lose it. I am lucky there was trial offered and thanks for that but at the end You lose your subscription.

You got your 9.99 USD and I got a lesson to not join your service again.

You better check your business and value you provide the world is not there to just irritate you as far as you find friends outside and care to listen to your userbase and their feedback.

Someone dislike your product - he is a scam, no your are scam coming with false allegations.

I cant appreciate you for your false statements and allegations AND I have no reason to appreciate your tool which gives no value for my money I invested.

This is biggest challenge these days everyone is in rush of launching another SAAS without caring for what as a provider they are willing to charge people that much value is there or not... just by doing fancy mails or sales page may be you can get a sales but not subscription.
