I chose GM Windows because I knew from experience that the results would be good and I was not disappointed.
As a company they are highly efficient, friendly and approachable. Their professionalism and customer service is second to none. Nothing was too big or small for their prompt attention. Good looking quality items at reasonable prices.
This professionalism is completely matched by the the workmen who carried out the installation. Most importantly, from my point of view, they were extremely good at tidying up and leaving the premises clean. Just could not be faulted.

Trusted George from day one and wasn't disappointed. My door was fitted on the day and time as promised, and have received many compliments.
I must also mention that George sorted out a problem with my back door, without charge, even though it was fitted by another company, which I would never recommend.

Really pleased with the windows, they look great and the installation was straightforward and smooth.
A bit of an issue with our bay window but the team sorted it quickly with no fuss.

Had all windows and doors replaced by G M Windows and it took a week for them to do it. First of all the windows and doors looks absolutely amazing and the house feels brand new! The lads who came to do the work were lovely and hard working and pretty efficient too. Communication with Bryony who organises everything was always prompt and she was super nice. And their quote was the cheapest out of all the providers we spoke to! Wonderful experience all round thank you!!

Very efficient survey done, highlighting any issues or considerations. We were really listened to. Latest spec in terms of quality and design. Very good response from Admin, with very quick and cheerful replies. Team turned up as promised and worked diligently, with a very ‘can do’ attitude. Polite and informative throughout. Superb follow-up service for a couple of minor snagging issues. Very happy with our windows. Thanks George and all the Team. We could definitely recommend.

From the initial consultation and survey to the competition of the work, I could not fault the service in any way. I was able to arrange the installation at a date convenient to me, the fitters were polite and respectful of my property, and I love the way my house looks now!

From the first contact to plan a measure up GM Windows & Doors were great. The wide range of options allowed me to find the composite door, style, and colour I wanted.

All of the staff who I dealt with have been really personable and the quality of the door and installation is high, they accommodated around my schedule to book in installation and kept me advised on the build up to the date.

Very happy with our installation. We had all the windows at the front of our house replaced, with two sets of bay windows, a challenging job. Some post installation support was required and the response was superb from GM Windows (something that a lot of the household name companies seem to struggle with). I will definitely use again. G M Windows were brilliant. Really good communication from the start and right through to the end. Price was excellent as we had 5 windows replaced, 1 of which we decided to make smaller. Their builder was of high quality also. A new front door and replaced wooden cladding for uPVC.
Bryony and the team were professional, polite and courteous. The lads loved meeting our dog and gave him plenty of attention. I highly recommended G M Windows and will be passing their number to friends who require work
