Taking almost 3 weeks for an order to arrive to a EU country...I've been sent 2 reminders to review the product, but they don't bother to check I haven't even received it. I even had to write them an email to ask for a tracking link (which initially I was not provided). Not ordering from them again

Svar fra Glow Up Supply
Dear Kristina,
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, all customers receive an automated tracking email once their order is sent out. If you did not receive it, this was due to your inbox either bouncing the email or filtering it into spam. Once you reached out, we promptly provided the tracking details to ensure you had access to them. Additionally, review reminders are sent automatically by Trustpilot and are not manually controlled by us.
As outlined in our Delivery Terms & Conditions, which all customers agree to at checkout, international shipping times can vary and can be further affected by customs procedures - factors beyond our control. Whilst delays of this nature are uncommon, we recommend referring to the tracking details provided and following up with your national postal service for further updates.
Your parcel remains in transit, and as previously advised, we recommend referring to the tracking information provided for the most up-to-date status.

Excellent reduce double chin and stomach without swollen after effects
"I've always struggled with weight issues, but fat reduction injections have been a game-changer for me, especially for my stomach. The product I use is highly effective, with no swelling and excellent results for reducing a double chin. It's also been incredibly helpful for targeting stubborn fat around the stomach area. I’m very impressed with how well it works and would highly recommend it to others."

Exceptional Products and Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend!
I recently ordered a vitamin injection and skin booster from Glow Up Supply, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything about this company exceeded my expectations.
The website is beautifully designed, easy to navigate, and packed with useful information about each product. The descriptions were clear and helped me make an informed decision. I also loved the variety of products available — it’s clear that Glow Up Supply is committed to offering only the best and most innovative skincare solutions. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and I appreciated the quick confirmation and updates on my delivery. My order arrived promptly, beautifully packaged, and in perfect condition. The attention to detail in their packaging made the unboxing experience feel extra special!
As for the products themselves, they are nothing short of amazing. The skin booster has completely transformed my skin, giving it a noticeable glow and healthy vibrancy. The vitamin injection was equally impressive, leaving me feeling revitalized and energized. It’s clear these products are of the highest quality and deliver real results.
What sets Glow Up Supply apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional products and service truly shine. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer moving forward.
Thank you, Glow Up Supply, for making self-care so simple and effective!

Svar fra Glow Up Supply
Dear Nayab,
We’re sorry to hear you were left dissatisfied by your experience.
Despite our use of specialised packaging to protect fragile items, there is a rare possibility that glass items may break en route to their destination, particularly when longer transit times are involved. In such cases, we kindly ask customers to contact us with a photo of the damaged items so we can assist in resolving the situation, as outlined in our FAQ. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you regarding this prior to your review.
Your order was sent out from the UK on the 2nd December and delivered to you in the United States on 12th December. At the time of writing, this was four days ago. As is common knowledge and explained on the product page concerned, results from fat dissolving injections take several weeks to develop after each injection session. Additionally, multiple sessions at weeks-long intervals are required to achieve optimal results.
Evaluating the product’s efficacy after four days unfortunately does not reflect how fat dissolving treatments work.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team directly so we can help resolve your concerns.
Kind regards,
GUS Team

Dear Dany,
We always aim to provide a positive experience for our customers. After reviewing the information, we couldn't find any order under your name, nor have we received any communication from you before this review. As such, we are unable to verify your claim regarding non-receipt of an order placed by you, which appears to be unfounded.
Additionally, we specialise in supplying products to aesthetics professionals, rather than influencers. We also have not received similar complaints from other customers as mentioned in your review. Are you certain that this review was intended for our business?
