Hi Elena, as discussed previously, your parcel is currently in transit to your destination (UAE). International orders can take longer to arrive, particularly when they are heavier than 1kg, which is the case for your order. Rest assured that you will receive your order once the mandatory customs procedures have been completed, and you can track it via the link supplied to you today.

The product is not from UK
The delivery is prompt, but you did not inform me about the origin of the product, and that is bad.

Looking back through invoices i have…
Looking back through invoices i have noticed on this occasion of ordering i did not actually receive the dermagen 10 pack masks. I originally thought i had removed them from basket as i was unsure on ordering, however looking now i definitely didn’t receive them. The hydro solutions however came and arrived on time and were fantastic as always, just a shame i didn't notice this sooner as i convinced myself i must have removed them from the basket until checking the invoice.
