Our warranty promise
24-month cover on Light Heads and Self-Contained Lights
Your Gloworm G2.1 Light Heads, G2.1 Batteries, and CX Self-Contained Lights are covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. All accessories are covered for 12 months. G2.0 and G1.0 Light Heads also carry 24 months cover, while G1.0 and G2.0 batteries have 12 months from the date of purchase.
If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it at no charge for parts or service. Warranty claims are made through the Gloworm retailer where you purchased your product.

Love the product
Love the product. I've had the G1. 0 for a few years and loved the brightness and the battery life. I lashed out on the G2. 0 on sale as I intend to do some extended hours in the dark and like the idea of customising the levels of light. I just came back from a7hr+ session mostly set at 25% output and it lasted the distance. I'd highly recommend the XSV light set which I purchased.

Highly recommend these lights. amazing
I absolutely love my Gloworm lights. I've had them for over 6 years and I use them weekly for my night ride. They have amazing customer service and warranty. On both my batteries right before the two years the battery was not charging and they totally fixed it.

LOVE my new lights!
Arrived in a reasonably fast time, given that the package had to come across the border. I appreciate that Gloworm maintains a presence on mountain bike forums and is responsive to customers. The lights are absolutely amazing; super bright, well designed pattern, and very small and light. The mounting hardware is fantastic, too. I’m very happy to spend the money for a premium product, I really feel like it is worth the price for what you get.

Ordered new batteries as the old ones…
Ordered new batteries as the old ones gave up. They were super helpful getting new ones to me on a Saturday delivery so we could night ride. Great service and great lights.

Great Product, fantastic service. Had an old light which unfortunately broke (after about 10 years!). The team were quick to offer to repair or select one of their other lights in the range at a competitive price. Lights turned up quickly and work a treat! Thanks team!

Great service, great light and I like to support this product. Only 3 stars because my battery pack got water ingress from riding in the rain, which is frustrating because thats normal riding conditions in Invercargill.
